If I could give zero stars, I would. There has been three car burglaries this past week without any resolution. All management can say is «sorry.» They have cameras but no one is really watching them! Why pay almost 2g/​month to have our cars vandalized! They charge too much for a «gated community» where there is no safety at all!!!

Elevator not working and can be down for a week before its fixed that means ur stuck hauling groceries up 2 – 3 flights of stairs. Oh but park in the visitors parking for a few minutes and they’re quick to call the tow truck on you, $ 300 dollars later IMT-​1 Me-​0
Buildings usually smell like weed, kids running around the hall ways at anytime of night. Hallways always smell from trash chute. Never any parking, friends or family visiting have to park 2 – 3 blocks down the street.
They show you the model unit but not the actual unit you’re getting which looks nothing like the pictures shown online or the unit shown to you.
Do yourself a favor and check out other options. Don’t get convinced by the leasing office, at least not until they show you the actual available and potential unit.

I love IMT the office ladies are wonderful Marisol and Kyla.
They help you with anything you need. The environment is wonderful as well. If you need a cozy home IMT is the place.

I don’t know why my review was removed but I will post it again… This place always smells like weed inside the buildings and stairwells. There was a pool party where people were smoking weed… drinking and having sex! Yes inside the pool and right in front of other families. The assistant manager was told on multiple occasions of various acts of immoral behavior and security was called multiple times. When they finally did show up they did nothing. I personally have spoken with the managerial staff about the weed smell and also about the syringes and Crack pipes that were found just recently inside the building stairwells. I was told that there was nothing they could do. I was also asked what I thought they should do… Like it’s my job to give them insight? Please… I pay as well as many others that live here… Way too much to have to deal with this crap all the time.

Think twice/​thrice before you move here. I am being generous for giving them one star. It used to be a good place to live but it has gone downhill from two years back when the management changed. Many reasons not to live here, some of which are:
—People smoking weed and the whole building smells like a joint place.
—Homeless people digging in the trash container.
—Lousy office staffs who do not return calls or pick up phones. Useless to leave messages as they don’t return calls.
—They don’t fix things inside apartments or outlook of their property in timely manner.
—Stairway always smell like a weed place and it’s so dirty that it seems like somebody plastered wet mud in the carpet.
—Homeless people living in the patio in the night. I don’t think the security people care as I have never seen anyone roaming the property in the night. Otherwise they would have seen the homeless people sleeping in the patio.
—I saw a sign in the parking stating that the car was broken into and to be careful about locking your car.
—Not to judge the residents but some of them are too creepy to walk by as they seem like they are high all the time.
—Trash container is always full and trash bags are everywhere which you can see in the picture I have attached.
Hopefully this will deter someone from moving here. If I am able to save one person from moving here, it will be job done on my part.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful especially Jimmy. The Maintenance guy Geraldo was very attentive to the requests that was needed to the apartment we moved in. Buildings are kept clean as well as the grounds of the apartment place.
Jimmy is always asking questions about whats going on in the apartments which assures me it is in his best interest to keep his tenants happy while living at IMT Metropointe.

I have personally lived here for 15 years now and its been amazing living here. I have seen many changes happen to these apartments (in a good way) from my many years of living here. Being that I was practically raised here, Ive learned to call this place home. The location is very nice when it comes to schools. I attended the best elementary in norwalk which was only 5 minutes away, the best middle school in norwalk, and then went to high school near norwalk. The staff is very friendly and hard working. I have never had issues with stolen property even after living here for 15 years! Great place to live, totally recommend.

Its a great place to raise your kids an their pet friendly i have a co worker from my job move in to a apartment she love it. Great staff an good coffee

From the outside this place looks like a decent place to live but once you become a resident you’ll quickly realize it isn’t that great living here. To start, parking is horrible so if you ever plan on having friends visit, make sure you tell them to carpool. The new renovations are actually pretty nice but everything else seems to be falling apart. The management is friendly but the security is almost nonexistent. Don’t ever leave your car unlocked and don’t leave anything valuable. I’ve had 2 friends on separate occasions have their stuff stolen. It’s not the worst place to live but i would definitely check out all my options before settling here.

I moved into the apartments in October thinking the security of the facility seemed good, for the area. By November my truck was stolen as well as my gf’s car being broken into, on Thanksgiving no less. Thinking it was a one off, I stayed. Then about a month later my exhaust off my motorcycle was stolen. The crooks had the time to completely remove my exhaust from my motorcycle! I was upset but stayed thinking I couldn’t get out of my year lease. Then (leaving my bicycles locked up in the garage) I had the freaking seat from my bicycle stolen. Mind you I told the management each and every time I had something stolen. It was the same story each time. «we’ll send the video tape to the sheriff’s department.» My parking spot was right in front of the camera! About 2 weeks after my bicycle was vandalized I had my motorcycle stolen. Again I was told that they’d send the tape to the sheriff’s department. After all that they let me out of my lease and I’m not living in a much nicer and safer community. IMT claims they have a security guard at night. I never once saw one. The doors of the apartment complex don’t close completely so it just lets in the thieves. They don’t let you see the video. I’d like to see it to see if it’s one of my neighbors or their kids. They do nothing to keep your stuff safe. The community looks safe and nice… it’s not! I lived there for a little over 7 months and had my truck stolen, motorcycle stolen and vandalized. I would never live there again!
