Just like we recently sprung ahead our clocks, i feel as if i was sprung into the future with the taste sensations i’ve never experienced tickling my tongue as i bit into the #9 Sub from Jersey Mike’s. This chain has been around many years, but it is truly the quality of the products that make it feel less like a chain and more like a locally run deli. I immensely enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be returning in the future.

Fantastic service and delicious food. I was having a bad day and they turned it around. The cookies, if they were to be sent overseas to all warring nations, would guarantee peace on earth.

After running errands all day I wanted a quick yet tasty lunch. Looked this place up since I was in the plaza and based on the reviews I decided to try it out! It was delicious! I ordered the Original Italian. The girl said if I would like it «Mikes way» but that threw me off because I had no idea what it meant so I went ahead and just put whatever toppings I could see. The meat was freshly sliced and tasted amazing and the bread tasted fresh! The mini was more than enough to fill me up. All in all it was amazing. The staff was friendly and efficient with their service. Will definitely come back when I am visiting from Canada again.

Jersey Mikes is outstanding in both customer service and product quality. I’ve been to this place many times, each time the staff are nice to me. My favorite sandwiches here are the Tuna and the Original Italian both Mikes Way. I’ll definitely keep coming here.

I had the turkey and provolone sandwich(mini size). I thought it was very good. I would say it’s better than subway, but a similar experience as far as the overall appeal of the restaurant.

Back again, the service was just amazing. I was having a shitty day due to family issues and they made me happy, cracked jokes and made me feel a little better. I love this place, please give them all a raise and some recognition. They’re all too amazing.

The way a jersey mikes or any sub shop should be. Extremely tasty, well trained and polite staff. Loyalty program. Might be my favorite sub around

If you frequent Subway give this place a try. The sandwiches are much better. I wish they had the«baked lays» potato chips on the choices of chips. So for that reason I’ll have to give it 4

Better Than Subway but still not a real Deli. as Far as Fast food Sandwich shops Go this place is at the top of the food Chain If I in Norwalk and Need a quick Bite this is not a Bad Option but I would not drive more than 5 miles to get there. Solid fast option.

I guess I am a glutton for punishment: I decided to give this place one more shot, just because the subs are so good. I came around 12:30 or 1:00PM today for lunch. The girl making the subs was obviously«friends» with the guy for whom she was making a wrap. He was actually standing there flirting with her and rubbing himself through his sweatpants, giving her glimpses of what was inside. At first, I thought I must be imagining things. However, then the behavior continued. I was going to just leave the line and get the Hell out of there, but I had already ordered my sub and I didn’t want to make a scene. After I got my #13, I sat at one of the bistro tables to eat it. There was no one in line at that point, and so the sandwich girl actually came out from behind the counter, walked outside in front of the store and smoked a cigarette with the dude who was playing with himself while she was making his wrap, which he got for free(I guess they have a friends and family discount that I’m not aware of). Now that I have given this place more chances than I ever give after several unacceptable experiences and subtracted one more star, I am done! To the big-shot manager who parks his Mercedes in the fire lane in order to come in and berade his employees in front of the clientele, you might want to take a look at your security camera footage from today around 12:45ish and take a look at the«event» I had to endure to procure one of your subs. This time, for real, my last time in this dive!

Went into The store for the first time yesterday and was greeted by very nice sandwich makers. I asked them about chopping up the meat really fine which they did because that’s how I like to have my subs. I got a philly cheese steak(giant) and a regular pastrami Reuben. Why? Why? The sandwiches are the devil! They are Soooo gooooddd!!! I took the Reuben for lunch and am happily eating it now. I’ll go back there for their subs. Jmo. the price for the giant ones are a bit costly, but you get a lot of meat.

Great subs. I placed an order online. A «giant» italian sub with all the fixins. They were not kidding about GIANT. It was huge. I thought it would be like a 12″ from Subway but it was easily double that. All of the ingredients were fresh. We also had the pastrami Reuben. I actually ordered this by accident and was not disappointed. Normally I wouldn’t dare eat a Reuben on anything but rye bread but this was very good. Prices weren’t bad. $ 22 for a regular and a GIANT giant sub. One might say this is a lot of money for sandwiches but it could have fed 3 people so not bad. I will def try more subs here.

The workers were very nice but the sandwich was to single-handedly worst thing I’ve eaten in about two yearsI took three bites and threw it out I regretted going there from when I opened up the sandwich out of the wrapper

A welcome addition to the western side of Norwalk, which definitely had a need for a good deli with evening hours. Fulfills that need perfectly and the staff is extremely friendly. Have been happy with every jersey mike’s location, but so far my 2 visits here have been well above average!

As soon as you walk in, you can sense the care and pride that the staff has in their product — the place is absolutely immaculate! Freshly cut meats and cheeses that are sliced to order, bread dressed with care in «Mike’s Way»(crisp lettuce, tomato, thin sliced onion, oil, vinegar and oregano), and additional choices of hot pepper varieties — what could be bad? The logo says that they have been around since 1956, and I’ve been around a few years longer than that. This reminds me of the way sandwiches, heroes, hoagies, subs, wedges used to be when I was a kid — REALLY to order. Not sure what it is in the oil and vinegar, but something in the combination makes the mouth water. I ordered a giant #13 — The Original Italian — and it was superb. I swore I would put half away for dinner, but it was just too damn good to leave. Forget that this is a «chain» — the word isn’t operative here.

As I write this, the ‘new’ jersey mikes in Norwalk is 6 days old and I have had lunch there 4 times. Having heard of this sandwich chain but never having eaten in one prior to it’s opening here, it’s safe to say that subway/blimpie has lost my patronage. You simply cannot beat freshly cut meats and cheeses in front of you and then applied evenly over the sandwich, not to mention the insanely simple but even more insanely delicious mikes way of adding oil, vinegar and herbs to the ubiquitous lettuce, onion and tomato. The place is new, so I get it that on top of making truly delicious sandwiches, they are eager to please and have a great team spirit/customer service vibe going on. So long as they keep that up with the quality of the sandwiches they make, this place is a winner folks! Bön appetite.

Booooom!, they put a Jersey Mike’s in Norwalk. You know why JM’s is so great? NOSHORTCUTS! They slice everything fresh per order, which really makes a difference when tasting a sub. They also know HOW to make a sandwhich, with an equal amount of the ingredients on all parts. Not like some other places, that just throw all the toppings on, and hope it lands somewhere on the bread. Is it really that difficult to make sure 10 pickles are distributed evenly across a sub, not just on the last bite? JM’s proves that it is possible. I guess all those other chains are sandwhich challenged. If they ask you if you want it «mikes way», the answer should usually always be, YES! Don’t worry, nobody is going to take you to a back room with cement shoes waiting.
