The other day I went to KM Shoes and I got excellent customer service and advice from May, she was helpful in finding the right shoe for me. She helped me find an insole that helps my feet feel comfortable all day. Then she also recommended me socks which were good.

I was calling around for a store that carries Superfeet insoles, spoke to Kaitlyn and she answered my questions and seemed very happy to help. I stopped by after work and both Kaitlyn and May were very helpful in getting me into the correct insoles I needed, making sure I had the most comfortable ones according to my foot arch, size, and getting them properly fitted to my work boots. They both had a great attitude making sure I got exactly what I needed and I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service! I would bring my business here just for that.
As for the store itself I would never expect them to carry Superfeet just from driving by so that was a good surprise, I didn’t browse too much but they did have some quality hiking socks and some nice Wolverine boots that I would consider when I need new boots.

It was great shopping in there. I always pass there so needed boot. It was my first time in km and the lady’s where nice and helpful I got the boots that I wanted and the size. I will definitely shop there again and referred friend or family there. good experience

Came here for work shoes for my son. Great service with plenty of stock. I will say the price points are a bit high but then again, I’m not that well versed on what they should be so maybe I should shut up LOL.
The boy scored some really good work shoes from the clearance rack. They were marked $ 20 but when we checked out, they were only $ 10. Awesome! They were super nice and I now have a place to send the husband for his work shoes. The store is close to home and on the less busy side of the shopping plaza. I hope these guys make it here!

Although my trip here was short, I was impressed with their stock and friendly service. However, I was sad that my size was not carried in one of their KM shoes. I’d have given thise place five stars if they carried more shoes that came in «wide».
However, I will definately recommend this place to friends and family who don’t suffer from an issue with wide feet.
