Mister Smokes

I was a patron of Mister Smokes for over a year. Every two weeks I would come and gets some eliquids for my vape. I went yesterday to pick up liquids. The cashier put the liquids I purchased it in a bag for me. When I arrived home I noticed a huge stain on my front seat along with the bag that the eliquids was soaked. When examining it one of the liquids top was cracked and had been leaking. I went today to talk to the cashier Darryl. I told him what happened and he told me there was nothing he could do. When I started to ask him information about the owner, Chris, arrived. I told the owner what the issue was., but Chris stated the I could have broken it myself. When I asked for a replacement, he wanted me to pay half price. I told him no and left. I will not be giving them my business anymore. The owner wanted me the consumer to eat up lose for one of his employees selling me defective merchandise

This store use to be my favorite smoke shop until a month ago when I bought an $ 90 vaporizer for my boyfriend. The same day I bought it, we tried it, but the vaporizer was not working. The next day, he went to the store to return or replace the product, but the guy who sold us the vaporizer stated that he cannot do anything about it without his manager, who was currently out of town. I called the shop and the same guy stated that he would leave a note for his manager to give me a call back. A week later I called again, the guy told me that the manager still had not stopped by the shop. The week after that I stopped by the shop and the guy told me the same story stating that he did not know when the manager would be back. It has now been a month, still no call from the store manager. I tried calling their store today, but the number has been disconnected. SMH I am running out of options & I’ve been more than patient & polite regarding this situation. I wasn’t trying to get a refund, I just wanted a product that worked, but it seems I just wasted $ 90 on a paperweight since the store keeps giving the run around.

Came to this place a couple of times and I was not disappointed either times I was here. The employees are awesome and friendly! They have great products too. I will definitely come back! Highly recommend (:

If you’re ever in the norwalk area and need smoking essentials I suggest checking this place out. They have a sweet set up and the workers are friendly. They have a variety of small pipes and a few water pipes in their as well

Every time I come in too this place they are out of what I want. Came in for a atomizer the other day on my way too work and they were out again.

Great smoke shop! They give out good deals and have a nice selection of vapes, bongs, hookah, etc. I like that the staff is knowledgable about the items they had and could answer all my questions. Overall a good experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a local shop.

Came by the shop before closing to check out their merch. What can I say? It’s a smoker’s haven to fulfill whatever you may need and desire.
The guy working was hella chill and welcoming even though it was close to closing time.

Just went here and the guy was super chill. he bowed me all the dab rigs and called other stores to check if they had torches for me. I will definately come here again.

The best shop in town!!! Quality products, awesome clothing, and a great vibes! The customer service is excellent! They always give me great deals and i am never disappointed when i leave! I highly recommend this place to everyone! 18 years of age and older of course:)

Friday. Yeah!!! Just got paid, decided to stop by since I heard a lot about this spot… Not disappointed at all. Pick up a clean shirt to wear tonite and got hook up with a sweat deal on a new cloud vape. and the place had some nice eye candy. a grip of college girls. This is the spot 4sure. They even had a dj spinning it all. electro dub hip hop. 4sure this is my new spot.
