My son’s iPad screen was shattered. I called on a Saturday morning (8:15AM) expecting to maybe get a call back on Monday. Within 15 minutes I received a text, then a phone call. William was at the house by 11am. He showed my son everything he was going to do to the iPad and showed him his mobile workshop. William needed to go to his other office for a part, but on returning, he was some SWAG for my son. The iPad was good as new. A few other things needed to be fixed, but it was all included in the initial quote. No surprises. William was professional, courteous and assured my son that everything would be fine. (He even gave my wife a little part she needed for her iPhone!) We highly recommend him!
