SO disappointed as a first time patient at this office. And it wasn’t even the doctor’s fault! I had a 4pm appointment yesterday. I wasn’t seen until after 4:30. The hygienist wanted to be ANYWHERE but in that room with me and gave me the crappiest cleaning ever. There was a large family there before me with numerous kids getting their teeth cleaned. Sorry if that was tiring, but that’s not my fault and I deserved better care.
She didn’t even floss my teeth or use fluoride rinse. She simply scraped away plaque and used the power tool to clean. I was done in 20 minutes. I asked about x-​rays, and because it was so close to 5pm and she wanted to go home, I was told we would do them next time. X-​rays are a cash cow for dentists, they could have made thousands in less than two minutes! And I hadn’t had them in years, so I was definitely due.
The dentist was great, I enjoyed meeting him and felt like he spent more time with me then his assistant did. When I was done and went out to my car, the hygienist left the building with me! Talk about being over it and wanting to leave, I will not be going back to this practice. What a disappointment!

Great dentist! Very friendly and caring! The staff is great also! I never have to wait long. I have been looking for a very good dentist for a long time. I’m happy and relieved to have found one!
