Don’t know how this place is still around. I found every record that I didn’t want there. Need to update the selection instead hanging on to the last set of played out hip hop home made compilations. Staff is friendly and helpful but not much to help with. Yes we know you have old skool. It would help if you could still get oldies on 45. There would be a reason to go there. Most of the used selection is country/Christmas classics. It’s rare to find a «FIND». Could be better but I don’t think they even try. Seen the same selection between long visits. No rock albums No up-to-date albums Very limited use vinyl Good for«veterans» attire and homie accessories

Awesome staff. Awesome selection. I used to come here with my mom as a kid to reup on my Old School Complication collection. If you need a rare funk groove or some classic Stylistics… they will have it. They also have a great g-funk and chicano rap selection here!

Its really sad to see what has happend to this place. Has not been the same since it moved. They use to keep up with the times but looks like they have not ordered vinyl since 2005. Which is ok, if you missed out on getting anything from that time. I was suprised that the Dj is still working there from the 90s… but also sad. Since, they are still pumping that Chicano rapp that NOBODYLISTENS too unless your fresh out of the PINTA. Most of the Cholos have moved out of Norwalk or locked up. Why do you still cater to this demographic? Seems like this is the only record store NOTWITHIT.

Horrible place, not organized. Don’t have a good selection. I would not recommend coming to this store.

quite disappointed. walked in, heard veterano oldies and expected to find some on wax. all I found was re-press(not original, bootleg) 45’s, over priced pop singles from the 80’s, lp’s no one wants, vinyl comps of run of the mill club music and a bland cd selection. the only good thing I can say about the store is the young lady behind the counter was super helpful and let me know if I couldn’t find what I wanted, it could be ordered. I submitted a want list a week ago, but got no response. I will never darken their doorstep again, but a huge shout goes out to the young lady that tried to help me.

great affordable place and a nice crew to go with it. If you into Chicano Rap this is the place you will not want to leave once you get a look at their selection!

Came here on a vinyl hunt. The selection is quite disappointing. It’s like someone with an affinity for early 2000’s radio rap and strange no-name 1980’s soul and r&b was given the chance to hawk records. The prices are a bit pricey for what they are. Didn’t really bother with the CDs selection, maybe it’s better.

Norwalk Records has been around since I can remember. It’s a local store but carries a lot of vinyls, dvds, and cds. I used to come with my deejay friends back in the day to look for old school hip hop vinyls since they have a pretty good selection. Chillen with the homies, going from store to store, but we always started out at Norwalk Records since it was in the hood.(Yes, I wasn’t always so prim and proper). If you’re looking for some old school Warren G, Snoop, or Big Daddy Kane tracks, I’m sure you’ll have no problem finding it here. Holla! :-)
