O’Reilly Auto Parts

The absolite worst OReillys Ive ever stepped foot in. The staff were not helpful. In fact I was told to «google it» when asking advice on specific products. Then another gentleman stated the product I had in my hand would not do the job it states it will do on the package… Why are you selling it then? I might as well purchase from AutoZone online if Im going through all that trouble of Googling items. Instead how about we educate the customer service staff on how to assist customers about their products. A little pep in their step wouldnt hurt either… it felt like I was following a sloth down the aisle.

Hi my name is Doug today is October 25 I returned a battery that I bought. Two months ago the lady check it out and it was bad she gave me a brand-​new battery carried out to my car I want to think both of the girls that work there on 25 OctoberI will continue to come back thank you again I believe the managers name is Oscar thank you very much again this is DOUG I want to think the lady that was pregnant she was the manager that day on the 25^th of Sunday October also want to think the young lady that checked out the battery thank youI will continue shopping at O’Reillys in Norwalk California again thank you

I walked in the store today looking for a breaker bar which all car parts stores should carry. There were two girls behind the counter, and neither one greeted me when I went in the store.
After looking around for a few minutes, I looked back and they were still talking to each other, watching me looking around but not finding what I wanted. I walked towards the door and neither one asked me if I needed help so I walked out the door and headed to harbor freight where I should have gone in the beginning.

I came here yesterday to buy a brake light for my Fiat.
There was no line so I went right up to the front, since there were no other customers. The lady that was working was extremely helpful, as were her coworkers. She even let me borrow two screwdrivers so I can get the job done right then and there. I appreciated it.
It was my first time at an O’Reilly’s and it was a nice experience. I’ve always gone to Auto Zone. I’ll be back to this one, if it is what is closest to me. :)

Will not try this place ever again. As soon I as waited for help at the cashier, the worker asked people BEHIND me so he could ring up their items although I was in front of them!!! Invisible powers I did not know I had. The firsst time I went, the guy asked my 5 times what color I wanted for my touch up paint and after the 5^th time, I left. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Where does the line start, it is a cluster in here? This was my go to spot for many many years. Now it is blah. the guys working are very nice all the time and will help you with anything you need help with. Just bought some windshield wipers and I see at Napa then very next day the wipers are more 50% less than the O’reilly price. Huge fail. Returned and now NAPA will get my first look going forward. Its that simple.

I found the customer service at this O’Reilly to be an absolute joke! After I bought an alternator that didn’t work it took 5+ months and never got the manager John to do anything… He couldn’t even return a phone call. After calling their corporate number 4 days in a row I got a call from someone and got taken care of! Customer service is nonexistent!!!

Car maintenance is important to retaining some value on your car, preventing breakdowns and savin money. I usually go with Kragen or Pep boys for parts. I used to come to this Kragen before I discovered more convenient ones. However, near the 5, on Imperial & Pioneer this place is not exactly in the woods.
I come here if they have a sale on batteries where I can get them cheaper than battery places. If they have sales on air filters, coolant, washer fluid and accessories cheaper than wal-​mart I will come here. I also come here or Pep boys for spark plugs and certain repair parts, sometimes tires if they beat out the tire places prices.
This particular store is in a great location where you can grab a thrifty ice cream cone, some fish n chips, frutti tutti or a cool beverage. The place is clean for an autoparts store, and organized in the same manner. I have bought various minor repair and maintenance parts here but I have never purchased specialty repair items, not that I would be opposed to.
I will probably be back to purchase a dragon steering wheel cover I saw.
