Do not call this company, very unprofessional. As part of our quote, we were promised 15 hours of work for the agreed compensation. We only received 8 hours. When we called the owner, looking for a refund for hours not worked, he refused to give it to us. In addition, his workers did a very poor job, and showed up 2.5 hours late. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

While trying to get an estimate I was asking questions that an infant could have answered. The main questions were if they use disinfectant to clean the kitchen and bathroom and what exactly do they do when they come to clean. Instead of getting help from someone who could answer the questions he stated «call someone else» and hung up. If you want idiots to clean your house then go for it but I recommend you «call someone else.»

LIES! All Lies! Does not accept credit cards! Does not steam clean carpet, they just put a bunch of water and soap on your carpet and mix it around. Hair and dirt still there after they were long gone. I had to remind them to clean the freezer and wipe down the doors and knobs. Don’t do it, It’s not worth it, call someone else!

My roommate found PCS after we both quoted a few places for move-​out cleaning. The prices were by far the most reasonable, and they were efficient and effective in getting out dirt in carpets and transforming a dirty apartment into a nice, clean, and polished home. Thank you, PCS!
