I can’t speak highly enough about Joe and Ashleigh @ psimac. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about a technology that is constantly changing at lightning-​fast speed, but their dedication to solving their client’s problems is extraordinary.
They will do anything to help you solve your problem; they are extremely patient, and are very generous in terms of offering suggestions and solutions even if not «on the clock». They have helped me out of a serious jam a number of times, which is important to me as I am a designer and my computer is the source of my livelihood. They even follow up days later just to see if everything is okay or if you need anything else. They truly care, which is extraordinary in today’s high tech world.

Joe and Ashley could not have been more helpful! My MacBook Pro got very wet, and the Apple store could not get my data off of my hard driv. I though I’d lost all of my hard work! But Psi Mac to the rescue. Not only did they help retrieve my data, but Joe was very honest and fair with his cost — very important in a situation like this. And he was extremely helpful in teaching me how to prevent this from happening again, and making plan recommendations for me that had nothing to do with his business. I would HIGHLY recommend Psi Mac to anyone who needs computer help!!!
