we were invited her for a kids birthday party. the 2 gentlemen that were assisting with the party were rude and disrespectful. towards the end of the party they started singing«You Ain’t gotta go home but you gotta get the f*** outta here» The place was dirty and smelly. The customer service was horrible. what a huge disappointment!!!

I don’t see how, if your kids are over 2 and only one arena is open for Open Play, how you could spend more than 40 minutes here. I was bored! The staff is also almost pathologically aloof, offering no instructions for footwear, where to store shoes or even which area to enter. It’s a once in a while, maaaybe once a quarter kind of place.

I was really excited to book my sons birthday party here, since he had gone before with his camp and loved it. i was disappointed with our experience here. We arrived on time for my sons party with all 13of his friends anxious to party and have a good time. Upon our arrival, we had to wait 15 minutes because another party was still in the first room. I expressed my concern that we intend to still receive our 1 hour and 45 minute party time. Then instead of giving us the full 30 minutes in the first room, they called the kids together after 15 minutes to move them into the next room, when i protested, they assured me that I would have the additional time in the next room, which should have been 45 minutes now. However, after 30 minutes, they once again called the kids together to move into the party room. This time, my husband and I went to the front desk to speak with management. They tried to convince us that they gave us the correct time and the kids need to finish earlier in this room in order to put on shoes, take a group pic, etc. all of which took the kids 5 minutes! After we continue deliberation for 5 more minutes, we were offered a $ 50. Credit. We took it because honestly the kids were pretty tired and ready to eat anyway. During our play time, I, the almost 50 yr old parent went in and on all of the play areas with them and I have to say they are not properly cleaned! By the time we were in the second room, my hands were sticky and«dirty» form the bounce houses. The dirt was clearly evident on the yellow parts of the last bounce house in the second room. We have done parties at BounceU in the past and this place does not compare. The staff was okay, not rude but pretty bland. I would not recommend nor will I book here again.

I came here with my friend’s kids, and they had a good time for about two hours. We came during the day on a Monday, so the place wasn’t that packed. The staff was pleasant, and they were attentive. When I reported that a kid peed in one of the bounce houses, the staff ran immediately to evacuate the bounce house and clean it up(shame on the parent for not reporting it herself). That’s the only problem I have with coming to Pump it Up and other public play areas… you have to worry about other people’s kids and their hygiene issues.

Pump it Up was a Saturday morning ritual for my son and I. We would normally attend the sensory bounce they had every Saturday mornings. My son loved it! Place was pretty clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Cool thing is parents get to jump for free so that was always a plus!!!

Not only did my boys have a great time at Pump it Up today, the people who work there are WONDERFUL! The place is very clean, including the bathrooms, everyone who works there bends over backwards to help us and they even ordered a pizza for us since it was lunchtime. This was the first time I’ve been to this location. I’ve been to Pump it Up in Seattle and L.A. but this is by far our favorite. So glad we found it! And thanks to Naomy, Raquel, Malik, and Jammal for being so nice. :-)

We go to Pump It Up in Norwalk often and always have a great time. It’s the one thing both my son and daughter seem to agree on doing. The kids are always worn out and happy after we leave. We have also been to a few children’s parties at Pump It Up. The place is very clean and secure and the staff always seems attentive… Honestly it is one of the few places I’ve been at with a young adult staff where they are not all staring like zombies at their phones.

My wife and I drop our daughter off for the«Date Night» special and it was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and secure, and we felt confident in leaving our daughter with them for the 3 hours. When we returned my daughter was ecstatic and the whole way home kept asking when she gets to go back. We will definitely being using Pump It Up again. Thanks.

I took the kids I babysit for here and it was fun for them for about an hour. All the blow up stuff is essentially the same, and because they allow adults on also it makes it harder for the kids to play. Cute if you have an hour to kill, but not worth more than that!

We went to pump it up for free play today. The worker there named Naomi seemed very angry and got on her microphone berating the kids. She was very sullen and had numerous hostile interactions with the children and parents. Though we had no problem with her it was uncomfortable to watch. It created a very negative atmosphere … Not sure we will be heading back there any time soon
