We’ve called Reo twice now and have had a great experience. The new owner came for both repairs and he was very friendly, professional and arrived on time. The first time we were expecting to have to buy a new dryer since ours is about 10 years old, but he was able to fix it easily, so we were comfortable calling back again when we were having problems with the control panel on our relatively new dishwasher that we had bought elsewhere (also a quick fix to replace a part). We’re very happy to have finally found a repair company we can trust, and won’t just try to sell us a new appliance.

Sad to hear someone had trouble with Reo
I just had a washer/​dryer delivered same crew as 12 yrs ago, very professional.
John in sales has been there over 20 yrs. Always made me feel he cares about what he sells. Glad he stayed on with the new owner. Just wanted people to know I found everything
was handled the way I’d expect.

I ordered a washing machine after making sure my measurements were all correct… The delivery guy showed up, told me it wouldn’t fit in the spot and refused to even TRY. He also mentioned he couldn’t get it through the hallway (which a bigger machine fit through in the first place). After ordering several appliances from them 10 years ago, I will absolutely not go back. Their salespeople are also unfriendly.

Well, they answered the phone so I should at least give them one star for that. Seriously, I called them to find out about fixing our Samsung ice maker and before I could even finish with my sentence, I was told «we don’t work on Samsung». When I asked if she knew of a local repair company that did, she told me to «look in the phone book». In all honestly, if you don’t work on appliances made by one of the biggest appliance companies in the world, you should at least be able to recommend a local repair shop that does. In looking at some of these reviews, perhaps Reo’s is really only interested in selling rather than repairing. Shaking my head…

Joe who fixed my build in refrigerator was very knowledgeable, much more so than the guys from the GE factory service. He fixed my refrigerator even though I got the part from GE (the part had been replaced a year ago and was still under warranty).

The guy (one of the owners) who showed up at my house just left saying he «didn’t think he wanted the job of fixing my icemaker» but he would get back to me.
I then called the office to see what that was about and he got on the phone and told me it was just going to be too much work and he didn’t want to do it!
Don’t use them unless you want to sit home waiting for someone to refuse to do their job when they show up.

These guys are really great! My wife & I recently purchased a washer and dryer from them. The sales person we dealt with (Jay) was super friendly. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted, even after some difficulty from the warehouse. We felt like REO always had our best interest at heart.
Even after a bit of a issue with the washer, they were very prompt in sending someone to fix the washer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest appliances and repair shop. They’ve been nothing but friendly and helpful for us.

The woman doing the scheduling was friendly and tried to get the technician over as soon as possible. The guy who showed up was so rude, I was literally speechless. MY husband was home but didn’t hear the doorbell so when I pulled up, I got a lecture on that. He took one look of the GE washer, said it was crap (!) and told me he is not going to bother fixing it, buy a new one. Showed him the stovetop fan and he quoted me $ 800 for repair and parts and if I were to buy parts myself, do not call me to repair it. So about 10 min, he didn’t put any of the parts back that he took off and charged me $ 160 for a visit. Nice.
