The customer service here is always outstanding. The deals are superb! I value Shoeteria as my number one shoe source! Store management has always been extremely friendly with me. Cynthia is always accommodating and polite.

Wouldn’t even give them one star. Went with my husband to buy work boots and my 2 yr old had to go to the bathroom we asked if we could take her was told by one of the employees that they don’t have a public restroom. We asked if we could use their restroom again told no as our two yr old was crying on the floor. My husband told her she might end up peeing on your floor and he was told by her not unless your going to clean it up. We left and as we left her reply was even if you were at subway they wouldn’t let you us the reatroom. On top of it this same girl kept interrupting all the other sales rep as if they were incompetent. This is how you treat customers? Can’t even make an exception for a two year old???

Bad customer service. Will never go there again. Don’t care about the customers. The manager sits there and argues with you.

Shoeteria used to be the spot to get your kicks at. The place is now a shell of what it once was. I think the shift to industrial type shoes hurt this place. They have a limited selection of athletic shoes which used to be a major draw. Customer service also lacks from the disinterested employees who would rather carry on their conversation. This is what I remember used to make this a special place: the minute you walked in an employee would sit you down and get the right foot measurement, then they would bring out the shoes you wanted and helped put them on with a shoehorn. Most importantly, there were posters all over the walls. I still remember the’85 champion Bears poster with The Fridge. It’s just not the same as it once was.

OMG, bought a pair of Jack Purcells online from them and they are totally fake! I know because I have a pair in my closet… UMMMWOW. I wouldn’t buy anything from them and would suggest anyone to do the same!

Poor customer service, the workers in there are lazy and will get pissed off if you ask them to bring out sizes. Worst shoeteria ever please do not waste your time.

I completely agree with R.M.‘s review, the employee’s and managers have very poor customer service attitudes and despite the shoes they sell having warranty from the manufacturer it seems like they are selling seconds or something because they do not honor the warranty. Really rude attitude from all of them.

you sure can find a wide selection of work boots to choose from. i decided to get me a pair of wolverine work boots that come with a «30 day comfort warranty». after i wore them for three days, i decided to return them using the warranty from wolverine because the steel toe was rubbing on my big toe and it was just too uncomfortable. i tried returning them to the store, and i was told that they would not take them back because they were already worn and that i needed to go directly through wolverine for the warranty. i think if you sell it, and it has a manufacturer’s warranty, you should honor it!

I got a DC hat for only $ 1.99 but the women’s shoe selection and clothes were very limited compared to the men’s…

This is where I buy all of my work boots, and much of my work wear. Their prices are reasonable, and the employees appear to be knowledgeable and eager to serve. It’s refreshing to be served by young people who aren’t just watching the clock. Somebody in management at this particular location is on the ball. Unlike some of their competitors, the folks at Shoeteria have never given me the impression that a sale is more important than the customer.
