Just okay pizza. Thin crust, large slices. Toppings aren’t spectacular. Good place to go when you’re drunk and have the drunchies. I would go as far to say that Domino’s is better.

My son loves this place and I do as well. Under new management. Same great pizza, décor, and location.

Not very good, took a while and the AC was broke. I was in the area visiting and decided to step in to try their pizza out. I also ordered a cheese steak sandwich. It was very dry and the cheese was just 2 slices of packaged American cheese. Don’t recommend.

Ive been in the business for over 15 years. .…two slices of pizza and one garlic knot all of which were sitting on counter since morning when they were made I’m sure of it 9 something almost 10 dollars no sodas or beverages!!! enough said!!! One good thing ill say or two is the girl working counter was sweet as were the cooks. the owner who kept coming in and out seemed like a jackass and thought he was so cool. Theres a lot of pizza and italian joints in CT or my italian moms place!!! not dirty south norwalk with their high prices!!!

This place sucks!!! Period! Need i say more? I dont even feel the need to give specs on the garbage service i was given. Never mind the bland cardboard pizza i ate. Sono pizza… enjoy your life here while it lasts. This is not a restaurant. STAYAWAY!!!

Got pizza here Saturday night, it was terrible! Really dry, not nearly enough sauce, cheap cheese. Very disappointed!

Ok, so we did order from here after my last post. Someone from my office really wanted to order from here so I relented and it had been a few months. Guess what. They forget items again. They did end up delivering it but that’s twice now. No more SoNo Pizza for us.

Great place to stop by late night after the bars to get a few slices but nothing out of the ordinary. They do serve beer so u can grab a brew while waiting

Even with the $ 25 ticket l received, while waiting to pick up from here, I still love this place. I’m all about the crust and SONO Pizza makes it perfectly. They also sell pizza by the slice which is rare these days. I haven’t had the pleasure of dining in yet, but the atmosphere seems really relaxed and it’s very clean. I’m definitely considering having my daughter’s dinner here, for her 4th birthday.

Perfect thin crust pizza packed with flavor. I literally order a pizza here 3+ times a week and wish I could eat it everyday. It’s reasonably priced, in a prime location, steps away from a lot of SoNo residents apartments, and just a damn good pizza place. Sure, they do blast music every night but that’s what makes it fun. Right? After all, we are right in the heart of a young community.

If you say you are open at 11 am, yet you need an hour to start the ovens, then come in at 10 and start them or change your hours to open at 12pm. This is simple. Learn to run a business.

I’ve been here twice. The first time was pretty good. The second time was okay. I used my Groupon the Second time around. We got a steak and cheese along with a Greek salad. The steak and cheese was okay. Steak was average and the cheese was yellow cheese, government style. The bread was fresh though. It felt like it was missing a little something, maybe more cheese melted and smothered about. My Greek salad was as expected in a pizza place, crummy tomatoes, huge chunks of feta and white onions(should have been red), as well as kalamata olives. They didn’t have Greek dressing, so I just did oil and vinegar. This place is okay. It’s really drunk food at best. The pizza is good; thin crusted, so you can practically finish a large between two people. I’m not rushing to go back here, but if I am in a pinch, a sandwich or slice will do the trick.

Delivery took an hour and twenty, the food was cold. The Grilled Chicken«Sliders» turned out to be a Grilled Chicken Wedge cut in to 3 pieces. That’s not Sliders. The Burger Sliders didn’t come on slider rolls either. They came on Italian bread that was cut down to burger size — it was still 5 times bigger than the burger. Neither came with their sauces — no ketchup or bbq sauce that was on the menu. The wings were ok… I feel like I wasted $ 40

Awful service, awful food, and awful atmosphere. They have four beer taps and none of them worked, waitress said the lines were frozen even though it was 90 degrees outside. The pizza is cardboard and the topping are low quality ingredients. They have Spanish music blasting so loud, you cannot carry on a conversation. This is a pizza restaurant, I don’t wanna hear that crap. I rushed to eat my food and get out ASAP but the waitress, who never checked on us after the food arrived, was outside smoking and playing on her phone. Never will eat here again.

Don’t eat here! Myself as well as a few friends of mine have gotten food poisoning. I have eaten their food for lunch and was fine but after a late night waitress shift grabbed a slice and paid for it hardcore the next day. Pizza tastes worse than cardboard.

This place is right across the street from us and we’ve never had a bad experience. The people are nice, the pies are really tasty and thin crust, and they do well in not trying to add a ridiculous amount of toppings. Much better than famous pizza, wayyyy better.

Great Pizza! Great Service! Great Staff! Great Music! It was more fun in there than across the street at the bar. Keep up the good work guys!

Food is decent. However, not 3 minutes into our sit down experience, the cooks started blasting Mexican reggae tone music. It was extremely loud and obnoxious. So, if you’re into hearing music that you would normally hear out of some rice burner’s blown out speakers, while sitting in traffic for the George Washington bridge, while you’re eating pizza, this is your joint. For everyone else, I would steer clear until they have some courtesy.

This is what happens when deli people try and make pizza. You essentially get stuff that looks like pizza and acts like pizza on the plate, but tastes like something else when eaten. As far as pizza goes, this place is not that great. In fact, it’s a bit sad. The sparse menu is «expected». Nothing out of the ordinary. No real risk taking. In today’s food savvy world, that could be a big issue. Not surprising due to the possible culinary limitations of being deli people. But, taking a safe stance hasn’t hurt others in the past and serves many establishments well. Simplicity and sparseness is perfection when done well. SONO pizza just doesn’t «cut the slice». Most cooks, chefs and pizzaiolos who take risks with their menus tend to display more excitement in what they offer. When I eat, even pizza, I want to be excited. That’s where sono pizza fails miserably. Poor quality, poor to mediocre service from seemingly uninspired staff, and perhaps most important — poor flavor. Sadly, I echo the sentiments of the other reviewers regarding cardboard quality texture and bland flavor. Pizza sauce should be bright and flavorful. We should get the essence of tomato. This sauce is uninspired, bland and falls flat. The dough is a mix between cardboard and a tasteless table cloth. Overall, service was adequate. Food was below average. I would not revisit simply because there are just too many places doing it better.
