I actually had a good experience today when I went there to get my phone upgrade. I have been to that store once before and they were super busy. I didn’t get helped and walked away. But that was about a year and half ago. Maybe I was lucky today, there was only me and another customer when I went in. Brandon is the one helped me and he was very professional and helpful. He explained all the options and answered all my question. I didn’t feel pressured or push to buy anything else than what I came in for even he tried to sell them to me. It was a very good experience. I was very happy about how professional, friendly and easy going Brandon was. I definitely will recommend to go see him if you need help.

They are slow, look at the help, nuff said! You get better service«anywhere» else. They really act like they dont need the money.

This store gets super-busy all the time. They should have more people working here. We went in to get a new phone and the girl helping us(after we waited about 45 mins) was helpful even though she couldn’t guarantee the bluetooth would work with our new car. the car dealer couldn’t either. the phone we got works fine with the car, but it would be great if these companies could have the answers that i am sure people are looking for! when you get there be sure you check in with the concierge guy when you get there and get in the queue!

Sprint is such a shady and crappy company that I even paid the service agreement termination fee to leave them. The was a very good decision. If you were a former Sprint customer, whenever you call customer service they take forever to pick up the phone and sometime they put you on hold and all of a sudden the phone hangs up. That happen to me more times than I can mention. Also, their retail store sales people are so so at best. I never had a good experience dealing with them in person or over the phone. They suck. Their phone service is average. It works, but nothing exceptional about it.
