Subway

this subway deserves LESS than one star! I got a 6″ tuna and I got literally two tablespoons of tuna! she spread it out with the knife and couldn’t even get a solid layer. after putting the cheese on she asked if I wanted it toasted so I said sure, then when paying I realized I got charged extra for toasting it. I will not be coming back. when I asked to use the bathroom they said it was closed to public use. sooooo, they rather not provide a restroom at this eatery because itself to deal with?

Slower than slow and not happy employees. I only came here because I thought it would be faster than Starbucks. Wrong. The lady wouldn’t even give me a coffee cup while I was waiting so I could mix up my java.
Everything else was just as all subway chains are. And it was clean. The one star is for service and attitude alone.

I went there today after work because I had to pick up my daughter from her mother’s working place anyways. I figured why not kill two birds with one stone.
I came into the establishment and stood in front of the counter for a minute or two. The girl working there ignored me then said «Do you know what you want?» Hmm, let’s see, I’m standing there staring straight ahead for someone to help me, don’t you think that is a good sign that I’m ready?
So I try to tell her my order but with the sound of the fan going full blast with the sound of music coming through the intercom, the girl doesn’t hear what I’m saying. Rudely, she says «can you speak up? » So my response is, I’ve been talking all day and my throat is sore. So although she doesn’t get my order right I just accept it and pay for it anyways. It’s not worth it to me to yell in a fast food sandwich place over a cheap meal.
I’m not planning on going back there unless my daughter begs me for a tuna sandwich and in that case I’ll just go to another branch closer to my house. If you like people treating you that way I say go there every day!

Wow.
I love subway but hate how every time I ask for broccoli cheddar soup… they never have it… i have ran into that situation at 5locations… ahhh. any who… what really bothered me about this location is that there was a long line and a Spanish speaking women was having problems ordering… and instead of one of the 3employees trying to help her they just stood there… i had to step in because the line was long, I felt bad for the women and I was hungry… very bad service and to top it off the green tea machine was down and one employee noticed me standing like a dork so she came and checked the machine and just walked away… didnt even acknowledge me… i know good customer service and by far the unfriendliest subway I have been to.

This is like any other subway except…
All the utensils and napkins are behind the counter. I keep forgetting to ask for them ahead of time and the workers disappear in the little area on the side. I have to reach over and grab them. Why would you serve a messy meatball sandwich to a five year old and not give napkins? Anyways, a friendly word and a smile go a long way.
Otherwise, AOK.

This is a standard Subway, except for the fact that the line is backwards. You have to walk in and go to the back of the store where there is little room to stand and then order your sub while moving towards the front of the store.
The seating is also pretty bad as the seats are way too close together to sit and eat comfortably let alone not have someone standing in line next to you.

I witnessed a sandwich specialist get fired as he was putting my sandwich together. I was annoyed that I had to wait as they argued back and forth. The manager should have taken him to the back and had the other lady finish my sandwich. It was handled very poorly. That employee has made me sandwiches in the past and I had no qualms with him. He must have done something absolutely retarded to get fired at Subway.
This is the closest Subway to my house. Nothing special about this particular location. Your fingers stink after eating just like any other Subway. I added an extra star for the $ 5 footlong deals.
