Terrible service, very rude staff. They don’t like coupons either. Do they speak English? One employee in particular, a woman, is the rudest subway employee i have ever encountered. Did not notice her name. They don’t make a very good sandwich, either. They skimp on ingredients, I actually AVOID this place after three or four misses… no more for me!

Worst experience. Terrible customer servicr. Peppers were frozen and when i asked Nora to please not put those on there she still did. Had same experience last year with her. Asked for a little more spinach and she made a big deal of it. Gave it another try today. Never going back to this one.

Don’t bother. Seriously. Have been here twice and one of them was greeted by at least three staff members sitting on the counters staring blankly at my boyfriend and I before eventually, slowly, putting together our sandwiches(with very little meat) while speaking in Spanish to each other. They don’t care and it definitely shows.

Thy close early all the time… they will not open the door for you if they closed early and you show up to order something. Also they do not like to work when they are open.

second to worst subway I’ve ever been to. My order is easy. Foot long Italian bread, ham and American cheese with light mayo toasted. That’s it! Nothing exotic. Every time I order(I like to be in an out quickly) they are very rude, mess up the order, and then get mad at me… WHAT?!? what is so difficult about ham and cheese? The ladies who work there always gossip(in Spanish) while people are ordering/paying thinking no one understands(or don’t care if people understand). Little do they know, I am fluent in Spanish(I do not look like the typical Spaniard, but I was indeed born in a Spanish country — Spanish being my first language). I also use the subway points card(you get points per order and eventually get a free sandwich), as well as «buy one get one free coupons» They NEVER willingly take the coupons and whenever I hand them the points card they always roll their eyes as if I am the bothersome one! The owner/servers get mad every time my boyfriend and I go in to eat(like physically sit down). We only order one soda(the cups are huge! no need for 2) and they always gossip and say that we cant do that. so free refills are offered but I cant share a soda with my boyfriend? Bull! To top it off, I have kidney problems in which I need to drink plenty of water(so I bring my own bottles). I got accused of taking it from the freezer. YOUDONTSELLKIRKLAND! JUSTFYI! I have no choice but to go to this subway, because my lunch break is only so long /its the closest to my house. Otherwise I would never come here. I suggest the owner either finds new employees, or will loose all the money because the place will shut down. Needless to say(as im sure the other commenters can attest to), this place is not A+

Update: Owner accused my wife of asking for extra meat and cheese and not paying for it as a justification for his employees’ rudeness and eye rolling. PS. my wife did not ask for any of that — she likes to go light on cheese and there is no way to fit 4 chicken breasts in one sandwich. Ridiculous.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. They are rude, close early for no reason and get an attitude if you ask them to fix anything. The person who owns this must be rich because the customer service is non-existent.
