Summit Motorsports Park

We were here for Pontiac Nationals a couple weeks ago and glamped in our sleeper race trailer for 3 nights. Really nice track, very friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities and everything you need (namely ice and showers) on site.
I don’t care if it’s in a stream or spa, I need to bathe once a day, especially after a hot, sticky day on asphalt so everything else could be mediocre or even terrible, but the showers are what really matter. Clean, hot water, good water pressure, very reasonably priced. WIN.
I’m sure the concessions were good but we packed our own food and didn’t buy any except for a few $ 1 per pound ice cream. SO GOOD. According to the racers, the tracks are super clean, the staging areas are also very clean, and they all said this was their favorite track. It’s my favorite track now, too.
We were fortunate to be up by the grandstands, but there were people camping and glamping all throughout the parking areas, grassy areas, and the place was completely filled. It was awesome to see so many families stay overnight at the track. Adults in their golf carts, kids on their scooters, it was just a really great, family friendly, good time.
