Give 24 hours notice for changing appointments. $ 40 charge for no shows. I don’t know why they did both kinds of X-​rays. The dentist warned me that deep cleanings require an injection to numb half my mouth (they only clean half at a time), but they have to send for authorization from my insurance first. He communicated with the assistant in English and Tagalog.

Best dentistry ever. I’ve been going there for years. I generally hated going to the dentist but the staff and Dr. Pabalan made it enjoyable. They are so sweet and caring and treat their customers with great respect. The font office admin, Kathy, is incredibly organized and sweet. Dr. Pabalan is very professional. Thank you!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Pabalan’s office for some time now. Great people work there!!! It starts with Cathy (or Kathy???) at the front desk. She’s always really pleasant and she’s really accommodating when it comes to booking appointments. Maria and JoAnn are wonderful dental assistant. They’re really friendly and do really good work.
What’s great about this office is that there are Saturday appointments available. Since my family is always out and about during the week, I am able to book all four of us for one Saturday morning.
Dr. Pabalan’s office is super clean, really well cared for. There is a nice little children’s section, complete with books, toys, and table and chairs. There is a TV in, I believe, all the individual procedure rooms. Parking is shared with Rosewood Family Restaurant, and there is some street parking available as well. Payment options are available, should you need it.
Overall, Dr. Pabalan, and her associates, are a great group. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone!!!
