US Post Office

On and out service. Sometimes there can be a wait time with tow tellers for the most part its fairly quick and they are nice.

Why does the passport area close 4 hours earlier that the rest of the post office. And why did they move the mailboxes that were outside to the inside!??

Moved to another house in the same town, serviced by the same post office. Had my mail forwarded. Getting all my bills. Someone off eBay sent an order to an old address because of the timing of the move. Not convenient but hey — that’s what mail forwarding is for. At a competent post office anyhow.
Three weeks now since they delivered the package to the old address, and when I CAN get someone on the phone they don’t know anything about it. It’s ridiculous. I’m moving again, and making sure it’s not serviced by these idiots this time.

I have been to this place a few times and let me tell you, get ready to wait. If you are expecting to be in and out for a drop off or stamp purchase, that is not going to happen.
The location is nestled within a residential area and parking is shared with nearby apartment renters/​guests but worry not, there is a small postal parking lot in the back.
The store front and inside is well kept and clean; even on rainy days.
As with any establishment, there are workers who actually care about their jobs while others just don’t give a damn. So, the speed of how fast you get in and out are determined by the one or two workers who are there.
For those who have priority, ready to ship boxes, feel free to place them at the counter closest to the entrance. I made the mistake of waiting 20 minutes one time when the worker told me I can drop it off at the end of the counter next time.

Went to this Office today to Mail a Package. I have always been able to have the person Behind the Counter Scan the Package and Give me a Reciept. The Person Told me we do not do that anymore and Basically Insulted me by saying you should have the information in my Files. Seemed Bothered and Not wanting to take the Time to Simply Scan a Package. and as of right Now The Package Still has Not been Scanned as Received. Sorry Excuse for Laziness.

Poor service employee was sharing at me down. when she saw me. She was stalling so she don’t have to help me.

Unfortunately, I have had parcels go missing when shipping from here. Also, when shipping back Netflix DVD’s, I notice that they sometimes take an extra day to be returned when shipping from this post office.
When it is important to get something shipped, I go elsewhere.

This place is horrible. If you have any other address that would be serviced by any other post office use that one! They are weird shady people here ladies and gentlemen. Stay away!

Terrible service. I had a pre printed label from PayPal requiring a priority mail box (by weight) and they refuse to even check in the back for any. They tried to force me to purchase a box from them or use a flat rate box and pay MORE. seriously? I pre-​printed the label for a reason…

I made an attempt to make an appoint today for a passport. I called the number (562) 868‑9408, around 10am, several times without answer. I arrive at the post office at 2pm and inquire about a passport in person. Pete, the manger tells me that I have to leave and call the number again that reaches the 3 phones right next to him. As idiotic as I think this is, I understand protocol. I leave and 15 minutes later call again. No answer again, the phone rang for over 5 minutes, then I was hung up on. I called back again and guess who answers. Pete. He tells me that the passport office closes at 1:30pm. I ask him, «Why didn’t you tell me that when I was there». He says, «You didn’t ask me.» When I was there I asked «I am interested in applying for a passport.» I believe that my question is general enough to elicit that type of information, don’t you think?
This is terrible customer service no matter how you spin it. There are other Unilocal’s for this post office with more realistic ratings, I suggest you read their experiences also. Pete is a civil servant paid for with tax dollars, he needs more for respect his job.
By the way, when I arrived he was sitting at the counter browsing the internet, he might have been on break, the women next to him greeted me while I stood in from of him unnoticed until I spoke to him. Perceive this how you will, this was a bad experience.

This place is no different than any other Post Office when it comes to appearance and few parking space outside. What made me give this Office five stars is because this place never gets busy. Maybe because its a little hidden close to a residential area but whatever it is I never wait in line longer than 10 minutes here.

They don’t redeliver packages that are registered or certified. You absolutely have to to pick it up even though the website says this location is available for redelivery! Usps sucks. I have work everyday. How the hell do I pick it up if my schedule clashes and they don’t do redelivery?

I was tracking a package that came from korea and i noticed it arrived at the post office so i decided to wait it out a couple of days or so since it is the holiday season. 14 days later I give the post office a call. It rang for minutes on end the first two times I called. Finally someone answered with a meh. attitude, but the 2 stars are for her tracking down my package. Apparently they did deliver it to my house, but didn’t leave a notice or update the fact that they did this like they usually do. soooooo yeah, if you ever track a package to here you should be very assertive if it hasn’t been delivered.
Also the inside of this place gives off this very depressing mood, maybe because its a govt. est.

Nice Post Office located in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is pretty adequate. You have the choice of parking in the One-​Way lot or parking on the neighborhood streets.
While inside, the line moves fairly quickly and all the Postal staff seem nice.

It’s not a bad place. However, I do wish it had more accessible parking space =/.

This post office kicks serious ass. It’s open early, 8:00 a.m., which is hard to find. It’s conveniently located south of Firestone Blvd., but pretty much in a residential area. As a result, it’s somewhat hidden and has tons of free street parking right outside the front door.
I was totally running late for a training class today. I was able to park right out front, and ran inside to ship my package. There was no line, practically no one else there except for this totally nice and sweet clerk. She was totally calm and professional, even though I was distracted and in the early stages of panic. Everything was smooth and efficient, and I still made it to class on time!

I’ve been here more than once already and the service here has been as good as ever. The clerks here are always friendly and happy to serve you. They are always ready to answer any questions you may have. Every time I come here to pick up my package, it takes no more than 5 minutes.
