Absolute rip off –don’t even think of signing with them unless you have thousands to throw away or don’t mind going to small claims court to get your money back. They didn’t deliver, you could get better selection from online dating services and subscribe to a background check company for far less money. The BBB should put them out of business.

I signed on with Elove with high hopes that they would provide quality introductions. I have been severely ripped off to the tune of $ 2200. They provided a few unsuitable introductions and then it got worse. They called several times to say they had someone in mind for me and had not checked to see if that person was even available. It turns out those persons were no longer available. Several of my matches never called me. When I asked for them to provide a replacement they told me I could ask for that… at the end of the agreement period. I said why should I have to wait that long, ?? why not just find a replacement now ?? I now realize that they do not have a good database of eligible men. They use deceptive business practices to lure needy and lonely people into believing that they at Elove are going to help them.
I feel I have been hoodwinked, tricked and generally made a fool of. I feel very embarassed and ashamed for believing in what they offered and what they promised. However, for the sake of the general public, I am making this review public. I hope that no one else gets ripped off like I was. This sham of a service destroyed my faith in matchmaking services and hurt me to my heart. I was sincere in looking for the right person. For my efforts, I was fooled and deceived. Do not sign on with this agency. They are only about taking your money. They will not live up to their promise to provide quality introductions.
