I recently went to Kyma for my first ever experience with filler and Botox. I have to say that the staff at Kyma go above and beyond for their customers and have exceptional customer service. I went for my free consultation and I never felt pressured to buy or Upgrade any treatments. Beth, the owner, is so warm and knowledgeable. The Dr. who did my filler was so gentle and kind, I didnt even feel it!!! And Believe me I was scared silly at the thought of pain!!! Can’t say enough about my great experience at Kyma. Great people, great results!!!

At 58, I have been hoping to find the fountain of youth for years now. I THINK I HAVE!!! I bought a series of three lumalift facials via Groupon and I noticed the difference after the first treatment. Believe me, I am not new to the game and this is the first time I have ever had truly noticeable results. I was impressed by the free consultation prior to scheduling the series. I was offered options and given reasonable expectation but never pressured to buy. Once I came for the treatments, I appreciated how calm and relaxed the whole spa is. I also added a light therapy prior to the lumalift and I love that Sandra spent a considerable amount of time prior to my first treatment to be sure I understood and was comfortable during the whole procedure. I felt like the spa had a professional, soothing atmosphere without the pretense or snobby attitude. Upon leaving, I was grateful that I did not have to hide under a rock for three days to hide the effects that so many procedures have. I was able to hit the nearby mall without any hesitations:) Kyma is not convenient to my home in Boston(25 minutes) but it is well worth the drive and for sure, I will be taking many more.

Now I understand what the other reviewers meant when they said this place has poor customer service! I purchased two groupons for facial treatments from here without checking out their Unilocal.I figured Norwell’s reputation probably extents to most of it’s businesses… I WASWRONG! I kept calling them and never got an answer for about a month, I finally left a message and about a week and a half went by and I still hadn’t gotten a return call. I was going out of the country on vaca and I wanted to have my treatments done before hand. I called again and said I hadn’t received a call back and tried to have them call again. Yes they called back when I was already away! When I got back I called them, no answer, left a message and for almost 2 weeks nothing!!! and still nothing! I wonder what the receptionist actual does… I contacted groupon and demanded a full refund to which I got. I can’t even imagine the amount of business this place has lost because they could give 2 shits about potential customers(I wonder how they treat their actual clients). I am glad I didn’t waist my money on this joke of a business.

Amazing experience at Kyma today. I booked a facial with Leslie and the hot stone massage with Justine and as a first time client I relished in my experience. The entry to the spa is open and clean with a gorgeous stonewall, clean and linear furniture and a welcoming feel. I observed the owner interact with clients and it is evident that she is personally invested in the unique needs and interests of each client. There is also a second floor lounge area that echoes the first floor: clean, professional and high-end spa feel. I was greeted by Justine in this area, offered a robe and led to a quaint massage area. Clearly, Justine has a passion for her craft. She is articulate but also seems excited about the work she does. The massage was among the best I have ever had. Hot stone massage was amazing. Included hand, foot and scalp massages that were frankly awesome. Lots of heated towels, heated table and great therapist to client communication made this massage exceptional! Leslie was outstanding for the facial. All of the products she used smelled natural and invigorating. No fake and chemical smell with any of the products. I loved the tea tree oil after extractions and the sea algae mask at the end. I am pretty sure I took a snooze or two during this relaxing treatment. She did extractions that were gentle yet thorough. Facial included hand, foot and décolleté massage. Again, very professional, client-oriented, and thorough. As I left the spa today, I felt thorough relaxation and confidence. As I left through the exit I noticed the owner posted and inspirational«pay it forward» mantra above the door. Love this. What a great reminder for us all ;)

I have found that the services were good but they don’t know what customer service means. They are terrible at returning phone calls and emails, it’s stressful to try and get an appointment or receive information needed. Somebody needs to go in and train them on how to keep up the ‘face’ to be successful.

Dr. Clendenin was easily the kindest, most attentive, caring and gentle filler provider I have ever encountered, and there have been many, as I lived in NYC for many years. He approach is the opposite of the oft-seen gouging that goes on in this industry – he considers value of great importance Kyma is a great find – the facilllity is love and the staff is warm and pleasant Kyma is doing everything right. I was a member of Kyma for a year before I moved too far away to get there for regular treatments. It’s a wonderful spa. I have had facials, laser hair removal, and massage. The staff is excellent, the environment clean, quiet and professional, and the owner Beth takes personal interest in the clients. I love and miss it!

I love Kyma Med Spa! All of the staff are accommodating, helpful, sweet and attentive, especially Erin and the owner. I must say that the owner is quote impressive with her ongoing presence in the spa as well as her ability to make the Spa so welcoming. The Botox specials are great as are the packages for the laser hair removal. The Physcian who does the injections for the Botox is equally as nice and caring. He follows up 2 weeks after the injections to ensure that you are pleased with the way you look– very impressive. I will continue to recieve services at Kyma and will love every second of it!

I love this spa. From the facials to the massages and body treatments, these are the best! Amazing staff, amazing atmosphere, and all of the newest machines! They have botox events that you have to sign up for in advance, and they always sell out. They carry awesome products, and I particularly love the new hypoallergenic line they have now for sensitive skin. I am allergic to so many cosmetics items, that this is a god-send to my skin! Thanks Kyma, for paying attention to your guest’s needs and for taking the time to find the best equipment out there! You have won me over for sure.

Had a facial with Christine who did a great job. Very relaxing and enjoyable. This place will offer your groupon services even after they expire where Face Place in Hanover said they would but they didn’t. Kudos to Kyma for that! The lobby area always seems to be somewhat hectic instead of the relaxing spa feel I am looking for but if you are getting a facial or massage, ask to wait in their upstair lobby area which is relaxing and quiet.

Awful. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. Currently it holds a 2 star overall rating which I can say should absolutely speak for itself. The staff is rude and not helpful. The manager has no idea how to properly manage a successful business and does the owner no justice. Had bought 6 sessions of laser hair removal, all of which were preformed by inexperienced estoticians and each of them did things completely different from the previous one. They have a policy that’s states a 24 hour cancellation notice is needed. Kind of funny seeing as how they have someone booking appointments for wrong dates and times. Not only that but the cancellation notice says nothing about them taking full appointments away which were already payed for in full. They make up their own rules and catering to their guests is something they don’t do. Hands down the worst. I will be taking it up with the better business bureau.

I have been to Kyma for my series of Lipo-Light sessions. The Spa itself is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The actual Lipo-Light itself didn’t really do anything for me, but that is no reflection on the Spa itself. I would definitely go back for other services.
