Sadly disappointed and heartbroken about how carelessly I was treated. I have a feeling that they used to be really good at their business but have reached a point of having exhausted their sense of how to handle grieving families. As an example, I was handed my father’s ashes by someone who didn’t even use the right name. No apologies, no condolences, just here’s the box of ashes for John (not my father’s name). Maybe they’re better with regular burials. I would not ever go back there.
