If you’ve got a an hour or so, this is a great little walk. Nice views of the river. Great signage– it would be hard– if not impossible– to get lost.

2 miles of trails, some along the North River!
You can stop at a boat house along the river. You can see historical ship yards (signs marking where they were). Even on a warm day, it’s not bad in the woods.
There is also a small and scenic pond, as well as wetlands – and an area where you have to be quiet to respect the wildlife (but signs don’t say what?).
Trails are clearly marked and well-​kept! Maps available at the entrance and a small lot for parking.
