My visit to Delta Dental was great. Everybody is friendly.
I hate their website. All benefit statements and messages are send electronically. They have 2 different sites. One needs an email to login and the other needs a username!!! Both have different password requirements. So now to check my Delta Dental I have a different login/​password than when I check my benefit statement. Geez! Is life not hard enough with a million logons and password in my daily life? Now for one dentist appointment I have to have 2 logons and 2 passwords? One needs numbers and special characters. The other needs caps and numbers :(
