I’ll never do business with them again! The father Gregory is a complete jerk and treated me like one too! I had flown back home to Norwich to get one of rentals ready for new tenants. I had agreed to have them put in brand new carpet, but after finding a cheaper price at Home Depot I wanted to cancel. It was explained to me that the carpet had already been cut and ready to be installed. I felt bad so I agreed to let them finish the job, apparently Gregory didn’t like the fact that I went shopping around and was going to cancel. He called me with an attitude and said he didn’t want to business with someone like me who can’t make up their mind. At least I got my deposit back. I’m really surprised that they have been in business this long.
