This is supposed to be your neighborhood friendly hardware store right? The one that makes up for its higher prices through customer service. Well, I was just in there for over ten minutes having passed at least three employees. None of whom even slightly acknowledged my existence. No Hello, good morning, may I help you. Not even when I stood in front of both cashiers, three feet away, broken plumbing parts in hand. The male cashier didn’t even bother to look up from his computer and when he finally did, it was to speak to the other cashier, not me. I for one will never be back.
