Took my elderly mother’s car to Ray’s because an exterior mirror needed to be replaced. I don’t live in that area, so placed a blind call, set up an appointment, ordered the mirror, etc. Took Mom’s car in on the appointed day, and they installed the mirror while I waited. It took only a few minutes. They were very pleasant, fair and easy to work with. Also, HONEST! Something was accidentally broken, and he told me he broke it, went out and got a replacement, installed that while I waited same day. I was very grateful for their honesty and promptness. I would recommend Ray’s wholeheartedly!
