Boulder Construction

These guys obviously didn’t want our business and wasted our time. We had been getting bids for building a screened-​in porch and deck addition on our home. We had already gotten several other bids in the $ 30 – 40 thousand range and scheduled with Boulder Construction because they got good reviews on Angie’s List. The man who came out was nice enough but would not give us a legitimate estimate. He told us that we could expect to pay upwards of $ 100,000 to «do the job right «, and wanted us to pay to meet with a private designer before he would even give us a bid. I felt as though he was condescending and was not interested in our business. It would have been nice if he had told us this over the telephone so we hadn’t wasted our time meeting with him face-​to-​face.
I’m sure this company does great work; too bad they weren’t interested in doing ours.
