I took my TV here to be repaired and it took them 5 months to fix it. While that is definitely a long time the aggravating thing about it was. They never called once to tell me there would be a delay, I had to call several times to find out what was happening. Poor poor customer service. They did however fix my TV and it is working wonderfully now.
