Those guys kept me waiting for an hour when I came to take my new car which was said to be ready.

Wish I could make it 0 stars. Don’t trust these people. Service department has dishonest people there. Car dealers in general can be less than ethical but this place is truly deceptive. Bring your car in for an oil change and get a $ 300 bill. I firmly believe there was intentional damage caused by the dealership. They wanted to charge to reset an airbag sensor, 45 minutes diagnostic work just to identify the problem. I goggled «faulty sensor in Infiniti» and found a way to reset the sensor which took me about 2 minutes.

Bought my JX35 off lease from them. My interactions with Jon (salesperson), Aaron (sales manager), and Michael (finance) were as good as any car dealership I have ever had. Kudos to them for providing me with the information, process, and flexibility that make car buying less stressful.
It is dealerships like this that make me have hope that this industry can serve people no matter their financial wherewithal, car buying acumen or economic background.
I am looking forward to this carrying forward in the servicing of our JX35 with them in the future. We have already had one good experience with them. Fingers crossed.
If all goes well in the future, I will come back and give the fifth star.

The sales portion of car buying experience is similar to other dealership which is the norm.
It was the finance portion that was horrendous.
The finance portion took hours because the Sales Consultant, Yaro Snopko, was pushy and refused to let us leave without financing with Infiniti Financial Services. I have already been pre-​approved for a low rate and this was information I have shared 10 minutes into the conversation and I was ready to leave. He insisted that the rates can not be that low and after over an hour, it was finally matched. Still we could not leave, because he wanted to sell a warranty. Same process occurred for the extended warranty. Finally, the deal has completed and he told us if I changed my mind about the warranty, I may cancel with no penalty.
Then the nightmare begins the day after. I was in the office because I found out that there was a better warranty deal (lower price, longer period) elsewhere, so I attempted to get a partial refund at the retailer. The sales consultant lied and said there is a cancellation fee of the warranty, and after we came to a resolution of refunding a partial difference, the check was promised to be sent in 5 – 7 business days. Few weeks have passed and there was no sign of a check. I contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs, and they have confirmed that there are no cancellation fees. 30 days have past and nothing has been sent. I have called the retailer over 5 times regarding the same matter. I did not want to wait any longer and ended up cancelling the warranty entirely in person, only to have the partial refund check show up one day later. I was told the refund of the cancelled warranty would be sent to me in 4 – 6 weeks by the sales manager, Adam Goldstein. About 2 months have passed, and not a single notification or update. I contacted Adam, and he said he will would call me back. Afterwards, he did not pick up the call or return any calls for about 2 weeks. The only person who does pick up the phone is the receptionist. I ended up going to the dealership to find out that the amount has been refunded to the lender after the warranty have been cancelled 2 months prior, which was information that could have been delivered over the phone.
If you would like to be treated like a respected customer, this may not be the place for you.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Brought car in 3 times for same issue. 1^st time it was «fixed» after having a loaner for a week, second time bringing it back because it wasnt in fact fixed and was told there is nothing wrong and they crossed test w another car (whatever that means). 3^rd time they tried to say it was master cylinder and possibly booster. Nigel, the service manager said he would «goodwill» master cylinder but if there was fluid in the booster i would have to pay like $ 2,000. Told him that wasnt happening. Called me and said there is fluid in booster although I have him on tape saying that issue is extremely rare in his 10 years of working for infiniti. Said master cylinder was on back order. That was a month ago. Called today saying it wasnt the master cylinder or booster but a different part. They had no clue what was wrong and needed to call in a specialist from infiniti. Hes saying he still needs $ 2,000. I absolutely refuse. The service here is DEPLORABLE!!! The issue was that the seatbelt was locking up violently with a tap of the break, couldnt even wear it because it could cause me to crash. As a nurse it is frightening when its safer to NOT wear a seatbelt. Nigel basically told me the sunken in feeling that i experienced with the break was causing the seat belt to violently lock up. With that being said, THE CAR WAS PURCHASED LIKE THAT. Went from a g37 to m35 Thought that was the norm for the break, it was a different car. My SECOND CAR from this same dealership!!! Infiniti corporate is opening a case and will be contacting me tomorrow. Depending on the outcome will determine my next move. Thank gosh I recorded everything the manager said, not a bad guy but its the name of the game and I will not be fooled. Not when there has been tens of thousands of dollars dumped into this specific dealership via sales AND service. Now theyve taken the car apart and back together so many times who knows what new problems ill get it back with. So fed up. This is not how loyal customer get treated. Fix this!!!

I bought a used Infiniti from Mike Howard in Nov 2015. Mike was very professional and easy to work with. The dealer gave me a far price for my trade in and I drove away with my new (new to me) car on my first visit. Very good experience with Mike.

Reviewing after my second car purchase from Michael Howard. I bought my first Infiniti from Michael and after a car accident I knew immediately I wanted to buy from Michael again. I never felt like I was being «sold» a car and the whole process was very easy. I work in sales so the last thing I want is someone pushing me to buy something — I never felt this way with Michael. He is knowledgable, honest and fun to work with. He has also graciously put up with my crazy father who agonizes over every dollar. I’ve also been very impressed with the service department — Igor is always helpful in explaining things to me and all around I’ve felt like the team treats their customers well.

As I was walking out of Infiniti of Norwood to get my g37 after a detail that was done on it over the weekend I notice that the car had a few letters missing from the «Infiniti» emblem on the back. I told one of the service guys they went out of the way to fix the problem. I completely understand it’s something small and probably could of done it my self, but it’s the little things that count.

I’ve been bringing my cars for service to this dealer for a while now. The first car I bought here. My most recent car is one I bought elsewhere. Regardless, the service has been spectacular. They go way beyond my expectations. I’ve never experienced such high quality service anywhere.

I can only comment on the service side of Infiniti. Every time I bring my car in, I’ve had nothing but outstanding customer service by Anthony Tippett and the service manager Nigel. The tech who works on my car is Kiko and is nothing but professional and he will make sure your vehicle is 100% before sending it on its way. Don’t be afraid to request certain techs to work on your car if you’ve had good experiences with them in the past.
The building is recently renovated inside and out probably within the last couple years. This is how higher end dealers should look as it makes a good first impression before stepping foot inside. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back.

You know, I love to read Unilocal reviews and do all kinds of homework before I go anywhere. And quite frankly, Infiniti of Norwood had some negative reviews which made me a bit apprehensive but hey, everyone deserves a second chance… I guess. So I went in and met with Eric. Glad I came here despite the negative reviews. Eric made the car buying process a bit less stressful and was very patient and accommodating. Rare, especially from car salesmen who are sorta sleeze buckets anyway. Took some time to get the right deal but Eric was there making sure I got what I wanted at numbers I was somewhat comfortable with. I’ll continue to recommend anyone in the market for a new car to come see Eric at Infiniti of Norwood before looking elsewhere.

Worked with Jay and got a great deal on a G37x. Place has a great selection of used 37’s and the prices are really fair coming from an Infiniti dealership. Second Infiniti owned and still a happy Infiniti owner.

service is horrible, they never have loaners available so you have to sit and wait for hours, they don’t honor their warranty, they scratch your car when they wash it, never going there again, there used to be a guy named mike there that was great, but they fired him because he would actually take care of you.

Great dealership. The facility is well kept, coffee and snacks are good, and the staff is friendly and courteous. We purchased a used vehicle from Michael Howard and were extremely pleased with him and the process. As someone who has bought (and sold) plenty of cars, this was the most pleasant and painless purchase yet. I would recommend them to anyone! Word of the wise, know your credit and be prepared to have another option for financing. They may be able to get you a good rate, but it never hurts to bring your own bank in your back pocket.

Not a good dealer for used cars. I bought a non Infiniti car here because it was the only dealer that had it. Horrible VERY limited warrantee and played down the numerous things I had wrong with the car only a month after I purchased it. Service manager was not great either, I’ve bought from Herb Chambers Mercedes and had been treated much nicer. Will not go back here.

The service in Norwood is outstanding, professional and worth the price. The problem is actually scheduling an appointment. I’ve been calling all day, left a voicemail, left a message with the receptionist and spoke with her about my frustration and STILL no call back. I actually live in Boston but would drive to Norwood for my appointments because of the service but not anymore. I can’t spend days on the phone trying to track someone down to schedule an appointment, it’s not worth the headache.

THEY’RE INFINITI WHERE THEY DON’T PUT CUSTOMERS 1ST AND WHERE THEY TRY NOT TO HELP IN EVERY DAMN WAY!
Their staff is the rudest, wow. They don’t give a damn and give you attitude and are very unprofessional over the phone. We needed to bring in our car because of some bugs with our computer system (Nav and the radio) when we searched on line we found all that was needed was an update. We left a couple messages at the Norwood location but every time we called we got voice mail of course we always left our info but no one called us back. We really needed our nav to get to a few appointments. We finally got someone at the front desk but she went out of her way to not help and tell us they were short staffed. You would think the service dept. was across the street.
THEN we find out they are having a holiday party and closing at 2 SO she very rudely transferred us to service dept once again. Ooh and guess what we got the voice mail AGAIN! I could tell she didn’t care about helping us but rather getting to her holiday party on time. Not for nothing this reason it pissed me off because Infiniti’s all about customer service blah, blah, blah and they were bluntly being very stubborn and extremely unhelpful. We wanted to makes sure there was still a rental available for us. We live in Quincy and didn’t want to drive there just to find out oops there’s no car. Plus we lease so the added miles for no reason wasn’t going to happen. This is was the receptionist told us, ‘come down if it’s here it’s here’ WOW really???
We finally get in touch with service and they told us nope there’s no cars left and how they tried to call us but instead of USING THE NUMBER WE LEFT ON THE VOICE MAIL repeatedly they used an old number… but that’s BS because we’ve dealt with them previously and it was with the same phone number they contacted us on before. They actually called us, the Norwood location on our phone so again… that’s doesn’t make an sense.
For the money we pay and to expect the high-​end service experience Infiniti keeps saying they give, to not get it is shocking and a huge disappointment.
I’D GO TO HERB CHAMBERS INFINITI in Allston, MA instead.

Infiniti of Norwood can go F**K themselves and I hope their holiday party was well worth leaving a customer dissatisfied. Since clearly their holiday party is more important than HELPING an existing customer.
Ooh then they called us back (on correct phone) and told us we could wait around for an HOUR while they fix it. B/​C we don’t have other plans, right? We just called all day long leaving a few messages for nothing. We obviously needed the rental.
Their service is not consistent at all.

OVERALL: Simply amazing. Restored my confidence in stealerships, I mean dealerships.
Quality: 5 stars. Outstanding. Quick service, excellent communication.
Service: 5 stars. Best you will ever find.
Atmosphere: 3 stars. The inside is a construction zone, but they are remodeling. I bet it will look good in the end.
Price: 3 stars. Over 800 dollars for a new alternator installed. Par for the course of a dealership but still. Way expensive. I guess you get what you pay for?
Notes: So my car died on the way to work. Called AAA for a tow. Being new to the area, I literally told them to drop it off at the nearest dealership (no clue about any other shops, etc.). Off to Norwood we went. I called ahead and let them know we were coming. Excellent customer service on the phone. Immediately when we arrived, they had someone show the tow truck driver where to drop off the car and had me wait in their «lounge.» Sat for about 10 minutes and talked to the service manager. He gave me a loaner for free, wrote down some basic information, and let me on my way. He called later that day with the information about what they found to be wrong, and confirmed I wanted the work done. Picked it up in less than 5 minutes. Signed away almost a grand and a see you later. At least they washed it! Long story short, they have amazing customer service but horrible prices. Would I take my car there again? In an instant.

Greg was great to work with, I’d give him a 4.5/5…he was really down to earth, not pushy, and seemed like just a hard-​working guy trying to make a living… if you go here, def ask for him.
However, the opposite is to be said for his young manager, Adam (looks like he belongs working at a GNC)…Adam made snide comments like «so are you guys going to buy a car today or what?» and when i countered with that I dont like to make big purchases in one fells swoop, he said «well I do, so I’ll tell your husband for you that you guys should get this car».
We were already turned off by his extremely low trade-​in offer on our car (we initially were quoted $ 500…even though 3 other dealers quoted us closer to $ 2,000).
In the end we didnt end up getting a car here (went for a BMW instead)…however if you go, again Greg was super nice to work with!
p. s. — it seems suspicious to me that in the «filtered» section, there are over 10 reviews all within a few days of each other, 6 of which all fall on the same day… I’ve seen other companies with 1,000+ reviews, and its still rare to see so many reviews all with the same date… all reviewers having only written just 1 review too. So just a bit cautious as to some of the reviews i’ve seen of this place
