Beware: My previous fabric on my retractable awning lasted more than ten years before it ripped. I hired Signature Signs and Awnings to replace it. The first awning they brought did not fit. I agreed to wait until the seamstress was back in the country. A few months later, it was put on and looked great. Shortly after that the valance become detached. I contacted Alex, the owner, and he never responded to my multiple calls or texts with photos of the valance. The valance eventually ripped at the seam. He only contacted me months later after I said I would contact Sunbrella and write a review. I asked him to fix the fabric and rehang the valance. No luck. I have had this valance less than a year. I thought he would stand by his product.
