Simply Serving II

I was very satisfied with the work of Simply Serving II, particularly Ann Marie. Not only did they offer to meet us at the venue to help us at the beginning stages of planning the wedding, for a small fee for their travel, but she was completely encouraging and on top of every detail. I sent her tons of emails when I would think of something I needed and she kept track of everything up until the morning-​of. Her staff was friendly and efficient. Ann Marie was the key factor in me, my husband and my family being able to be completely relaxed on the day-​of. I highly recommend this company.

I had a baby shower on Sunday April 3 and had Sonya Craig as a server. She was fantastic. Way better than good. She was so helpful, very professional, extremely efficient. She helped me so much. I don’t know when I’ve enjoyed a party so much. I would rate her an A plus, plus, plus. When I entertain in the future, she will be one of my first requests. Thank you. I will highly recommend Simply Serving to my family and friends.

We used Simply Serving for our day-​after wedding breakfast at the Endicott Estate on 8÷30÷15 and they were TERRIFIC! They arrived at the exact time we spoke of and even put center pieces on the table, which was above and beyond what we asked them to do. Anne-​Marie and Beth from Simply Serving called me a week leading up to the event and accommodated everything we asked for. Words cannot even the excellence and professionalism from every staff member at Simply Serving! The next time we host an event like this I do not need to look any further as Simply Serving is truly the best experience you can ask for!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say what a wonderful and terrific women you sent us to help out at the graduation party for my son at The Thoreau Club in Concord a few weeks ago.
Eileen was perfect and helped make this party a big success. She helped out in so many different aspects, I couldn’t have done this day without her. Also, from our initial phone call with you to the last, your company made this all such a smooth transaction. The next time we need help, we will be sure to call Simply Serving and ask for Eileen again.

We had a mixed experience with Simply Serving. We worked with their main wedding coordinator, Beth Harris. She was knowledgeable and friendly, but somewhat unresponsive.
We basically organized our own site visit — she depended on us to pick the date, start the process and get our vendors in line. We raised a lot of questions — it is a good thing that we did. While her planning doc covered the basics, she never mentioned some critical details (like the fact that we needed table instructions for her staff). It could have been a bit of a disaster if we were less involved.
The day of the actual event went fine, but the execution was lacking. For example, we walked back from the ceremony expecting to see servers waiting to serve appetizers. There were none. When I went back to ask, I saw two chatting in the kitchen.
I really liked the folks in the office — perhaps we just hit their busy period. But I would look for other options next time (especially given the high price for their service).

Excellent! We had a small wedding reception in our apartment and they sent Cheryl who was professional yet friendly and very helpful. Several of our guests commented that she made things go smoothly and had a very positive attitude. We feel that hiring her was one of our best decisions.

So so thankful for Simply Serving!
I had a backyard wedding, very laid back and chill, but I didn’t want any of my family members worried about playing hostess so I decided to hire some waitstaff. Blue Ribbon BBQ, our caterer, recommended Simply Serving. Best investment ever!
I gave them a list of things to do and the timing of the reception. I showed them where everything was and then I went upstairs to put my dress on and the party started.
Those ladies worked their magic and everything was fantastic. Lynn was a breeze to work with and the waitstaff rocked.

We used Simply Serving II for our wedding, and were extremely happy. Ann Marie was completely flexible, let us arrange things our own way, bring in our own wine, have a friend make the cakes, and serve the food we ordered from our favourite restaurants. Very professional.

We used Simply Serving II for our wedding two weeks ago at the Commander’s Mansion and we could not be happier with how it went.
We decided to go with Simply Serving instead of a full-​service caterer because it gave us the flexibility to make the event exactly how we wanted. We wanted to get food from a favorite restaurant, kegs of our favorite beer, have my (amazing) sister bake the cake, etc, and Simply Serving let us do that and took care of the rest.
The owner, Ann Marie, was so great to work with– organized, professional, and patient enough to put up with me, an out-​of-​town bride who planned the whole wedding from scratch but had idea what she was doing. The event itself went great– the staff was courteous, looked nice, and handled all of the little unexpected issues and mishaps that inevitably come up with total ease. I was able to relax and enjoy the night knowing that Ann Marie &co had it covered.

SImply Serving II ensured that my daughter’s wedding was all that she had hoped. Ann Marie and her staff are extremely professional but equally thoughtful and caring. They followed instructions exactly as requested, asked questions when needed, made suggestions when we weren’t certain of best choices. The set up, service and clean up went without a problem. We attribute the success of the event to this vendor.

Ann Marie and her staff are THE BEST! They made our wedding go off without a hitch, they paid attention to every little detail and were remarkably patient and kind. Ann Marie designed beautiful platters of cheese and fruit for our cocktail hour; she and her staff were one step ahead throughout the entire event. I cannot recommend them enough!
