Greatest hamburger pizza on the planet! We always stop here when in Norwood…

The food here is as greasy and unhealthy as it was when I was a kid. The décor is about the same too. And the same loose interpretation of hygiene and health codes. Still worth stopping by when I’m in town and see an open parking place nearby.

5 stars purely because of the pizza. It’s the perfect level of crustyness, and not to thick or thin of a crust. With delicious sauce(I think they use oregano?), and the tastiest cheese! Love this place. Some people complain about the grease. But a little bit of grease is a small price to pay for such a great taste. It’s not beautiful inside so we always order our pizza out but the service is always really nice. Give it a try!

Great pizza and subs and owner’s are very friendly and accommodating. My favorite pizza of theirs is the cheese with hamburger and green peppers, a definite must try.

This place has been in this location, in Norwood FOREVER. Tucked in the«just ok» side of Norwood Center, on Route 1A /Washington Street, between Nahatan St & Railroad Avenue, lies this small, little place that has great food, specifically they have been always known for their steak & cheese subs, which are always great. And their pizza is gourmet and also delicious. I haven’t ever eaten in, but the pick-up staff have always been friendly and they haven’t ever messed up my order. Highly suggested… besides Georgio’s(which is equivalent), this IS the best pizza spot for pizza in Norwood Center, and one of the only places that actually draws people to Norwood center, these days… barely anything else.

Very average. Staff was friendly, but there was nothing that wow’d me about it. The Greek salad was full of iceberg and kind of small and my sub was average. The place could also use a little updating inside. It is very dark in there. There are so many other options in town, that I don’t see myself as a regular here.

We decided to try Sokos for a couple of salads with grilled chicken last week for a quick meal to take home. Unfortunately it was a big mistake. While the staff wore gloves, also noticed they handled money and other items within the restaurant without changing them. Why wear then at all? My fault for even eating the chicken as it was clearly not fresh. With so many other selections in the area, we won’t be going back.

I ordered food here a few months ago, but haven’t decided to leave a review until now. I remember the service being horrible and thinking to myself to never return. The food is only so-so and the service was terrible. The three people working there(I think it’s a family; it’s woman, a guy, and an older gentleman) were very rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when I ordered. I will not be returning here. Pizza Palace down across the town center had won my business.

I’d like my money back. Really, I would. My friend’s husband grew up in Norwood and he mentioned Sokos, so I stopped in as I was passing for two slices. Big mistake. BIG. MISTAKE. I assumed the slices had been cooked that day, preferably that afternoon, but they were SOROCKHARD that I am really not sure. Seriously, rock hard. For the same $ 4, I could have just gone and gotten a few things off the dollar menu at McD’s and had a much more pleasant experience. I couldn’t even gnaw on the crust(it was that hard); when I mentioned this to my friend, she said«oh no, we only get the subs there». Well, I won’t be going back to try the subs, that’s for sure.

Pizza is great but too greasy. Subs are very good too. Overall: B–

5 stars for the Greek salad alone! I’m not a fan of the pizza– it’s SO unnecessarily greasy and the crust is tear-up-your-gums crunchy. The subs are good! The Greek salad makes up for a lot though. Parking can be a b*tch.

I was brought here by my dad when I was a kid and have been going there for my Greek pizza fix ever since. I also enjoy their hot veggie sub, though I have to bother them to get some eggplant thrown in.

OK. I have been going to Soko’s forever. I think everyone knows their food is good. However, I am putting it at 3 stars(low for me, I am nice) because I tried to go there over the weekend and I could not because there is NO parking. I parked in the«Lucky Mart» or whatever near there and the lady in the store actually came out and screamed at me. The other options was a lot for other stores that were closed but my friend that I was with said he has seen cars towed from there quickly before. All of the street parking was used. Good food, but hard to get in there!

Let me just go on record and say I heart Soko’s. Not coincidentally, Soko’s was the first pizza I ever ate in my life… the very aroma of their fantastically oil-soaked pies immediately send me back to being a 5-year old pizza virgin again. If you’re a sick maniac like me and love a good ol’ greasy(VERY greasy) Greek pizza, then Soko’s is your Mecca. Perhaps my only grievance with Soko’s is that they do not sell individual slices of pizza, but let’s face it: one bite will have you set on splurging for the whole small pizza. Oddly enough, I don’t think I’ve ever tried any subs from here, and it doesn’t seem to matter. The pizza speaks for itself.

NO. Greek pizza is not for me. I was at a gathering and some one brought a pizza from here. All Greek pizza is the same– typical crust sauce and cheese– it’s like they all share the same recipe– I prefer Italian style. If you like Greek style, I don’t think it matters where you go. I would choose Bertucci’s, Papa Gino’s, Santucci’s, or The Château before Greek pizza. Check my other reviews to see where to go for great pizza in the area.

Bleh… In my quest to find a decent pizza joint in my new hometown(I’m from western MA, pizza there seems to be so much better) we tried this place tonight. More typical round, greek pizza with canned veggies and a canned sauce that’s too sweet. How anyone can say this is the best pizza in the state is beyond me…

I love soko’s pizza. The crust is crispy and not soggy. Just the perfect amount of cheese, get the pepperoni and mushroom combo. If your around and need a quick bite, give this place a try.

Sokos is quick and absolutely delicious! They make awesome subs and pizza! It’s Greek; very greasy, but it can be dabbed off. Sokos is also fairly cheap!
