After eating here, I can see why this place doesn’t get great reviews. It’s not particularly clean, the service is not particularly friendly and the food is not particularly good. The home fried potatoes were down right bland. I never add salt to my food, and had to add a lot to those potatoes. I got an Eastern scramble with a hollandaise sauce. The eggs were pretty good, as was the sauce. My guy got a scramble with supposedly«cheddar cheese» on it. It was cheez whiz sauce. It was pretty gross looking. We don’t usually order«cheese» sauces. He thought it would be real cheddar cheese on top. He just ate it. I would have returned it. I will not return here. There are so many better places to have breakfast, places where the waitresses actually smile.

Ok, so we visited Boston. I know, why? Well had to visit family. Ended up here before heading to the 128AMTRAK station. What a mistake. Dirty and probably the worst food ever. Really, I can not say anything good about the place. We were trying to eat healthy and I think we had to get a chunk of iceberg lettuce. Though we were going to have a farm to table type of dining experience, but no way near that. Just a terrible place to eat. Oh, and we left there sticky from the seats and table. Ewwww.

Nothing to rave about and nothing to complain about. Decent food. Only major issue when I was there was getting the waitresses attention when some water refills were needed. Not as high caliber as other choices in the area but did have some menu items that I had not seen other places.

Really awful — and fairly pricey for a nothing place. Ordered French toast(2 pieces) for $ 8.00 — no bacon or anything else, however it was advertised as having fruit on top — the French toast was swimming in thawed frozen strawberries. Very Thin watery maple syrup — didn’t taste like maple syrup. Horrible, tinny silverware. Miserable, old place! Waste of money — should’ve gone to Murph’s Place. My husband’s breakfast was worse.

Ok first I want to say I should have left right went I seen the carpet was covered with stains but we were hungry so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I should have left went to go sit down the chairs were filthy and uncomfortable I couldn’t relax at all I’m not one to complains about décor but it was pretty much filthy underneath my table there was trash I really don’t know how people come here and the prices weren’t that great either $ 2.50 for a cup of coffee I’ll pay that but not in that place. Ok now the food had to poached eggs and an English muffin the eggs came out extremely runny and the English was dosed in butter could hardly cut it. My boyfriends breakfast was alright and edible 2 eggs over with bacon you can’t really mess that up but then again the waitress never came over to ask how was everything this place is not my cup a tea I do not like to feel dirty after leaving an establishment. To the owner of the place change your filthy rug and chairs.

It’s never cool when the party who came in after you gets both their drinks and their food order in before you get your menu.

A total restaurant makeover is needed. The service was lousy from the moment I stepped in. A waitress yelled from the back counter, «come on in and sit anywhere you want.» As I sat, she yelled out again,“do you want something to drink?” I yelled out in reply,“water and coffee.” She then relayed the order to my soon to be waitress. Long story short, my soon to be waitress spoke very few words, took my order, delivered food, and dropped a bill to cash out. I noticed while eating that if the waitress does not return after dropping the bill, you can walk it up to the register to pay. The pancake tasted like paste and the bacon was overcooked. The décor is old and dusty. I think the owner could use Robert Irvine and his designers.

I eat here frequently. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the breakfast. They have specials for dinner two night per week, what a bargain. So if your driving down route 1 heading south, stop at the Westbury for a great meal at a great price! It;s right next to Ocean State Job lot. Plenty of Parking friendly staff.

ok tried this place on my way into work in a pinch. I had already had two cups of coffee so I just asked for some water that was evidently a no no since the waitress gave me the death stare. I ordered the Texas French Toast nothing else with it as I was expecting texas french toast which usually is made with some type of large texture bread instead what arrived looked like two pieces of wonder white bread. anyway I ate my wonderbread french toast and left probably willl cross this place off my list.

Really bad breakfast, folks!!! Too bad… This place looked promising, but several things went wrong, so it’s highly unlikely that we’ll be going back. Off the bat, customers are expected to seat themselves, but you have to wait until a server walks past the door to let you know. Then, there’s the waiting for a server to notice you long enough to bring the menus over. Then there’s the food… That deserves its own paragraph… Of everything they served my party, the toast was the only acceptable item. Eggs were dry, coffee and bacon were burned, omelet was poorly assembled and a very small portion, sausage was old and dry, the home fries tasted like they were two days old and the pancakes could’ve been up for an Oscar as bubblegum, the movie. Bottom line, stay away! Best to try Sunrise Breakfast in downtown Norwood, or even IHOP up the road.

Came here to eat after I landed at Logan visiting my gf, who lives in the area. The breakfast was good and fresh. Prices reasonable. Service was good. Overall: B

I’ve been to both this location and the one in Walpole. I have to say the Walpole location draws a younger crowd :) Good simple breakfast food, delicious home fries, and good prices. Exactly what you’re looking for in a breakfast place! We were the youngest people in there!

It’s a no-frills breakfast place with decent service but mediocre food. It’s not bad, it’s just nothing to write home about– but don’t get the fruit salad, it’s straight out of a tin can. The portions are good sized. The interior looks like your great Aunt Franny’s dining room– complete with muted colors and Patriots photos hanging on the wall. The servers aren’t overly friendly but do come around to refill coffee every so often.

This place has great food and service. The omelettes are sized just right and the home fries are delicious. I also appreciate how you can walk in and sit anywhere you like. I love the seniors!!!

This is part of our 12 days of Second Breakfast and Westbury Farms also is filled with people over the age of 50 looking for a solid low-cost breakfast and lunch option. The food is okay — with vegetables and other things being a bit pass prime — but the breakfast Pigs in a Blanket — sausage wrapped in pancakes and other — not bad. Nothing here is great it’s just kinda post-classic. Can’t recommend this place — but it harkens back to a time long past in Americana.

I tried this for breakfast since I was in the area. I sat at the counter with all the seniors. Everyone was reading the Herald(including me). The meal was good and simple. Just what I wanted. The waitress knew everyone by name. I was the only non-regular diner there. I will go again. It was a pleasant place for breakfast. It is old-fashioned and nothing fancy. They serve breakfast all day,

A few reasons why you should NEVER eat at this awful establishment EVER!!! The owner could care less what he’s feeding people. He has no problem serving you yesterdays home fries or some gross soup he claims is fresh but Is really a combination of the last of every soup he’s served in the last 2 months. Ive seen him serve rancid pork no lie. Didn’t want loose my job at the tome so i kept my mouth shut. The food is kept in awful substandard coolers that are rarely cleaned if at all due to his lack of staff. He’s way to cheap to even hire the minimum staff needed to run a decent place. Most good restaurants clean after hours when the place is empty so they can focus on cleaning and cleaning only. Hes never done that ever. The only time he cleans is when he has a hunch the board of health might show up. The corn beef hash isn’t by any stretch of the imagination REALHOMEMADEHASH. It’s canned BS!!! What kind of person would serve fish that’s a week old or make a salad with gross lettuce. This guy has no clue what quality is and he never has. I’m calling him out his name is Mike Reany and he’s a prime example of how not to run a Restaurant. I speak the truth and have seen all these things first hand. Ihop put this place to shame and that’s sad because small breakfast places that are really hard to find and this one could be great but the owner is as dumb and careless as they come.

This is my old roommate’s favorite breakfast. I’m torn, as there are a lot of great breakfast places in Norwood. The omelet I had was edible but not wonderful and the coffee was horrible. BUT, if you like corned beef hash(which my roomie does and says they have the best) then this is your place. As for the coffee? Well, Starbucks is just across the street anyway.

Aaah, yes, Westbury Farms. The place my boyfriend and I affectionately call«the divey breakfast place.» You want unassuming, you’ll get it here. Walk in and seat yourself in the pink and burgundy, sun-faded 80’s decorated goodness. You might even wind up at one of the folding tables. Check out your flatware. Chances are, none of it matches. Flip over your coffee mug, the one made of at least a pound of brown-glazed ceramic. Wait for a waitress to eventually wander over and hand you a menu and a xerox’d piece of paper with the daily specials, which were clearly written originally with a Sharpie. Look around at your fellow patrons. If you’re in your 30’s, the majority of them will have at least another 30 years on you. This is where the old people come to play, my friends. Let your eyes drink in the huge posters of Gilette Stadium as it was long ago, unless it’s the Christmas season, in which case they’ll be covered with wrapping paper like giant Christmas presents. Now *that’s* the holiday spirit. Oh, the food! Yeah, food. They serve breakfast all day, and that’s all I’ve ever eaten there, but their menu does display other standard fare like burgers and sandwiches. The breakfast menu is pretty comprehensive, you can get a custom omelette, the home fries are pretty good, and the portions are decent. They also offer a «traditional Irish breakfast,» but I usually stick to the tried and true American breakfast stuff. The prices are inline with the décor — not too expensive at all. God bless you, Westbury Farms. Don’t ever change your color scheme.
