Accel Quality Appliance Service

Used them for dishwasher repair. Came out the same day, reasonably priced. Fixed the problem.

I heard about Accel through a neighborhood facebook group that I’m a part of. As many do now, I look to others for recommendations and reviews of businesses, particularly when it’s something i’m not familiar with or don’t have experience with. Washer/​dryer repair is on that list of things i’m not super knowledgeable about. I had initially called a different company when my stacked washer/​dryer unit stopped working properly. I wasn’t really happy with the 4 hour time window they gave me to show up, or the diagnostic fee, that would be on top of any repairs that might end up needing to be done. I saw a number of people in my neighborhood had used Accel and had great things to say about Jeremy and the services provided. I decided to give him a call.
I was really happy when he said that he could come out that evening, which was great for me since I did not have to take time off work to be at home. Plus, he was right on time, which is always a bonus in my book. Jeremy quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. I like that the diagnostic fee was waived if you use Accel for the repair, and also that the parts and labor are both warrantied for 90 days if anything should go wrong. Was pleasantly surprised at the overall cost as I was expecting to pay much more (i also, however, thought the problem was much larger than it was… so my expectations were low– haha!)
Either way though, very pleased with the service and response time by Accel, and I felt very comfortable that they were knowledgeable and honest with me throughout the process. I would most definitely call them again if i have the need for appliance repairs in the future.

Same day service at a very reasonable cost. I called several other companies trying to get my washing machine repaired, glad I found this company.
