I been this location for a while, I like this location better, the workers is more friendly and helpful ! I can in and out for less than 5 minutes! Bath room is super clean here !

I have gone to this location on several occassions and have not been impressed. The first time I went, I ordered my usual Lg Vanilla Dunkin Donuts Lite with an extra shot of espresso. The person speaking through the speaker said, «we don’t have skim milk». Me being easy — going, said it was fine thinking it was a one-​time thing, went on my way. This same issue happened 4 other times over a span of 2 months (I don’t get coffee out often anymore). I know I should not have paid for the coffee, but I didn’t want to drive off and get coffee anywhere else. when you’re in need, you’re IN NEED unfortunately, but each time, I left feeling quite let down. On top of that, after some thought. the Dunkin Donuts Lite is just that Lite with ahem… SKIM MILK so who knows if I was charged for that drink when it really was just a Latte with regular milk or not. Either way, I will not be going to this location anymore. I need a place that can be consistent. Its sad when you place an order and repeat yourself. asking «do you have skim milk today?» just to make sure before ordering. Oh and that time, I drove off and my coffee clearly had ZERO vanilla. The kicker for me was when I was NOT always told at the drive thru order window that there was no Skim Milk. one time it happened AFTER I had ordered and driven up. That is NO good. Good riddance.

This is a Dunkin’ Donuts/​Baskin Robins combo location. Its open late which is awesome if you have a craving for ice cream. So late one night, my bf and I decide to drive here. We walked out the car and saw 2 people sitting down inside eating their ice cream but the door was locked and we found that the drive thru was still open. We get back into the car and go to the drive thru.
At this time of night, there are NO cars. We didn’t know which flavor we wanted out of the 32 flavors so we wanted to read the menu. The employee said the usual nonchalant welcome and asked us for our order. We stated we needed time. 5 seconds late, ‘whats your order’… US ‘we need time to read the flavors’. He repeated what’s your order 2 more times and after we then again stated give us time, the employee asked us to pull to the first window.
We still didn’t know what we wanted and this WHOLE time, no cars were behind us, so why the rush? The employee then proceeded to verbally tell us the flavors. Me, being frustrated, asked for the cookie dough. He says OK, then proceeds to tell the other flavors to my bf. My bf asked for his milkshake and was pissed because we were being rushed. 3 minutes later, my boyfriend receives his shake… but not me. Apparently he didn’t hear my order since he was busy telling us the 32 flavors instead of letting us take our time to read the menu uninterrupted. This is another place I just refused to come back to. There is no reason to rush customer late at night and when there is no line for ice cream. In hinesight, we should have refused to pull up to the window until we had our order ready. The employee was very rude.
