I really loved this place. They were so much better than the David’s bridal I went to. The woman that helped me was the sweetest and she was very honest. She helped my find the most amazing wedding dress. I will be going back for my bridesmaids dresses and my fiancé will be going to get his tuxedo from there.

6 months later and I’m still waiting for the refund of the zipper. Liar liar liar. Beware of this cheesy bridal shop.

Worst customer service ever! They ordered wrong size dress and blamed it on my daughter having a growth spurt. Plus the sales lady, short with dark crazy hair, even dropped the f bomb at us. Unreal. Go patronize any other bridal store, skip this one!

I went bridal gown shopping with my mom and sister on a Friday morning and I was the only person in the store and it was not crowded at all which was very nice. The shop was very clean and the fitting rooms were very large.
The reason I only give this store 2 stars is because of the poor service I received… at first I thought the lady helping me had paid attention and listened to they qualities of the dress I was looking for however after I tried on a few dresses she started to push dresses on me that I did not like… which maybe they didn’t have the style I wanted in the store (which may be a sign they did not have such a large selection) but when I nicely told her I did not want to try the other dresses on in that same style she began to have an attitude and seemed angry at me because I was not immediately deciding on a dress. When I told her I was not going to buy a dress today and that I wanted to think about it she went to my mother and tried to convince her to convince me to buy the dress today (I did not know this until after we left the store) and when my mother told her it was my decision she did not speak to us again and we left the store. Even if I do decide to buy the dress I liked that day I definitely will not be buying it from her after my experience.

Went gown shopping with friends on a Saturday afternoon in September. I am glad we waited till later in the day as it sounds like mornings were very crowded. You make an appointment and you are greeting by the clerk who will help you find the perfect gown. There are some clearance gowns and sales at the shop and we checked them out first. Since there were only one of a kind we search the ones that were my size but didn’t find one we really liked.
The bridal room to try on the gowns was nice and very roomy. I guess since I was the only one there. The sales lady helped me the entire time with putting on my dress and taking it off, hanging it up, getting me another one, etc. I was very pleased with the attention and service. She seemed to know what I wanted and listened to exactly what my price range was too. She never rushed us as everyone had their own opinions and some dresses were tried on again.
The store used to be a bike store and several other venues but I hope this one is able to find its niche there. The gowns were gorgeous, reasonable priced and the staff was very helpful. There was a discount given for paying the total of the gown and a percentage off any other item. They had the perfect shoes to match the dress there too. I did not check out the tuxedos since we have plenty of time. Hope the rest of the time my girls and I are there for fittings and such goes as well as our original adventure.

This store has moved to Bel Air Rd in Nottingham. Please stay away! These people are con artist’s. When we had the brides maids fitted for their dresses some had requested a size 8, while the staff insisted on a 6? We told them to order size 8. What do they do? Order the size 6. So of course the dresses don’t fit. Their solution, well we can alter them for $ 50.00 a piece??? Come on now. My wife also had a terrible time with her wedding dress. The staff is very rude. Please somebody open a bridal shop down the street from this place to put them out of business!
