Sorry but I have to agree, the pizza we got here was so greasy and runny we actually couldn’t eat it. That’s never happened in my family– usually someone will have at least a little bit, even if it’s not great. We hate to waste food (and money!) But for the first time no one had any and we had to get rid of it. It’s not like we have high take out pizza expectations either, so he fact that no one could eat any means it really was that bad. We will stick to Serpico’s or Papa John’s instead.

This is definitely my favorite place to eat in the area, sad because I had someone wait on me over the phone by the name of Mark and he was totally inpatient, disrespectful and rude and I can no longer order from here just because of that. Sorry I refuse to spend my money somewhere that is that comfortable with being disrespectful like that.

The cashier is really nice. Also great pizza and cheesesteak. Also if you hate small fries order there fries because they are huge! So the bad thing is that it cost a lot of money not the fries but the food.

I would just like to say that this pizza place is amazing! My favorite food is pizza and this is hands down the best place I’ve been in along time! People are super friendly and service is excellent. My husband ordered a sub and I took a bite and that was absolutely flavorful and delicious! I don’t know what some of the Unilocalers are talking about but this place is fantastic! Never had a bad experience and I’ve been here easily over 10 times!

I have been ordering from here every time I’m in town visiting family. The pizza dough is crispy and chewy and they always add the right amount of sauce! Some other places alway skimp on the sauce… The cheese is amazing! Not the cardboard stuff what chain restaurants sells. I also love to order the steak and cheese. You can never go wrong with the steak and cheese from this place!

This place is our staple delivery-​on-​a-​Friday night place when we don’t feel like going out. We’ve gotten the mozzarella sticks, French fries, pizza, cheesesteaks and greek salad. All are delicious. Mozzarella sticks are served with «marinara sauce,» which is more like meat sauce. Ehh, not my favorite but lucky I don’t love sauce with my sticks anyways. The pizza is good, the fries are of the steak variety and delish. Their cheesesteak is one of the best in the area that I’ve had. Lots of meat. The Greek salad is divine! So much feta and salad… Worth the price. Some things are pricy here but it’s very good. They crank out consistent food too. Worth a delivery «visit.»

Been a customer for 5yrs. I had a previous review that was positive but in recent months things have gone down hill tremendously. Their pizzas are sloppy, greasy, soggy… Just a mess. Pick up a slice and the cheese slides off. Swimming is grease. You literally have to roll the slice to grasp and contain the pizza soup on the rubber sponge… Management? Ingredients? Lack of pride? Whatever it is, it’s a shame. I’ll be looking elsewhere

Just stopped in for lunch with the family. Chicken parm was great. perfect sauce, chicken and cheese ratio. Ordered a veggie pizza and we almost fought over the last slice. We will be back!

Tough dough. The hot wings came with the sauce sitting on the bottom. The amount of toppings are minimal. Won’t order from here again.

I just picked up a pizza and fifteen wings. To my surprise, I received only two legs and thirteen wings. I called to express my concern and I spoke with Jackie who informed me that the wings are chosen at random. When I expressed frustration with the process she rudely said «you got fifteen wings, right?» No, I got thirteen wings and two legs. Her unfriendly approach to my call has lost my business forever. There are too many better choices than this place.
I’m still in shock at how she handled this situation. She did not even offer an apology.

I recently moved to the area a few months ago and have got delivery from here a couple times. My biggest complaint was the food arrived completely cold. Ordered cheesesteak subs which if warm would not be too bad however one sub had a hair in it. Have to mention that $ 2.00 to add mushrooms to a sub is way overpriced and could use more cheese on the sub. Buffalo wings were a joke. Way overcooked and very dry and the sauce … well there was barely any sauce on the wings at all pretty much just fried wings. Jalapeño poppers … well really cant go wrong here but would have been nice if I received some marinara sauce. Food is subpar. Previously tried the pizza and was not impressed. Probably will be ordering elsewhere.

I used to be a big fan of their steak subs, but the last 2 times I’ve ordered them I’ve been disappointed. They over season the meat-​I don’t know what they are using to flavor it but I did not care for it the last 2 times. They’ve changed from what they used to have-​I used to love their subs. I don’t like them at all any more. I still like the pizza, and they deliver. They are also very friendly and fast. I won’t be using them any more, though-​there are other places close by that deliver that have better subs.

Very good pizza and curly fries. They also deliver which is convenient. The chocolate milkshake is a great treat and can be delivered w your meal. The website menu needs to be updated.

There’s a woman on the phone every time I call for a delivery and she doesn’t sound so friendly. At the end of my orders she hangs up without saying thank you or anything of the sort. She asks me if there’s anything else I want and I say no. She tells me the price and that it will take around 30 – 40 minutes then hangs up…
Fratello’s has 4 locations in the Baltimore area. It must be THAT good then right?
I got a steak quesadilla, mashed potatoes with gravy, all beef hot dog and a 16 inch (2 8 inch subs) cheesesteak sub and a 16 inch mighty rib sub for delivery.
Steak quesadilla was terrible. Never knew how much liquid was in the box containing the quesadilla. Steak was overcooked and dry, and the tortilla holding the food was soaked and wet to the point where I had to use a fork and knife… A mess.
Mashed potatoes was bad. Chunks of potatoes which I don’t mind, however, the flavor was awful. It tasted funny and had a bad aftertaste as if it was bitter.
All beef hot dog was like eating a salt dog and the bread couldn’t even balance out the saltiness of the dog.
The mighty rib sub was alright. Felt like the meat patty was a bit small when it comes to ratio of the meat and sub. The flavor was pretty good, would recommend not to get any toppings except onions. The bread was great.
The cheesesteak sub was fantastic. In my opinion, the texture of the bread really complimented the toppings inside. Sometimes subs you get from other places there would be a bunch of leaks and the bread would rip from the middle, but this place doesn’t do that. It’s the bread that stands out.
I’ve ordered their subs numerous times and it never disappoints me. However, that’s the ONLY thing I get from them. You can definitely get other things from other places that are better.
Overall their subs is what stands out from other places. As for the other options and service? Elsewhere is recommended.

For some reason i like their pizza better than others. So far we have been ordering pizza only from them.

They have great subs. Large portions good quality. Nice selection of subs and such. Had their pizza not 100 percent sold on their sauce but the rest of the menu you can’t go wrong

The subs were good, portions were even better. The staff was very attentive. We enjoyed the food

The cheesesteak I got was fine, but I like the steak to be seasoned or marinated. This clearly wasn’t, but that’s not a knock of theirs, more of a preference of mine. The bread is very interesting in a way I can neither say I enjoyed or disliked… it isn’t your standard, flaky, dry sub roll. I also got mozz sticks which were the beer battered variety I much prefer to the panko breaded ones. The prices were in line with anything else in the area. I would go again.

Very good steak subs! I recommend getting the fried onions, sweet peppers, american cheese, and tomato topping. The pizza is pretty good, but the staff definitely outweighs the food and even the affordable pricing. It’s very delightful to order from here. Highly recommend for large groups, or a stay at home movie night.
