Doctors were good and kind. Wanted contacts and I purchased and got fitted for them. I got a call telling me the contacts were ready for pick up.
I went at 4:15pm on Sunday, (they close at 6) and told them I’m here to pick up my contacts that were already paid for. But the doctors left at 4pm, and said I couldn’t get them.
I told them, I don’t need to see a doctor I just need to pick up my order but they refused.

Very happy with the section of frames, quality, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of service and the store was very clean, organized and welcoming. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. They were lightly staffed after the Memorial Day weekend but they efficient to get to me in a timely manner. I was able to find the frames I liked and by the time I was done with my selection, they were ready for me. Kara Beth was fantastic getting me measured, set up and entering my information to get processed to get my lenses. Dr. Karl’s assistance was timely, and had a light hearted yet professional approach which was very refreshing. As promised, my glasses were ready in an about an hour.
There was a horrible review of this location over a year ago but it seems that the staffing has changed for the better since then. I was happy with my visit here with a very positive experience overall.

Don’t go here. Waited an hour and a half (with an appointment) for a prescription that was wrong. Complete waste of time. Now I have to get a new appointment somewhere else and buy new lenses
