Dr. Dani (medical director) at the Perry Hall Patient First is outstanding! He explains everything and is very proficient in his treatment. I have seen him twice, once with my daughter and once for myself. I will surely go back there again.

I’ve never been a fan of Patient First, but everyone here is kind and understanding.
Last Sunday they treated myself, my husband, and our 20 month old twins for illness.
We were seen fairly quickly and given lots of helpful information.
It’s been 3 days and I had to call back for a doctor’s note. Both the receptionist and the nurse were kind and helpful with my questions and requests.

Came in with significant pain in my foot. The check-​in attendants were very kind and courteous. The X-​Ray technician mirrored the service previously stated and the physician expressed a caring congenial attitude towards my situation. This is my go-​to-​place when I need urgent care. Great work people!!!

Got to the back pretty fast since they was only one other person waiting. But took over 45min for the doctor to come in just to write a script for a antibiotic.
Will think twice before coming here again…

We come here quite a bit for all kinds of minor ailments. I guess we’ve been lucky. The most recent time was for an accident with an axe which resulted in a split toe nail. The PA that saw us was moonlighting there was a full time emergency room doc (lucky us). He patched the toe up and sent us on our way. 1 hour and 40 minutes later we were heading to Rita’s for a post op treat.

These guys are both jerks and idiots rolled into one. First, receptionist keeps me waiting while she’s gabbing away on the phone and picking her nails at the same time. Then I get this little putz doctor who misdiagnosis me. Total waste of time and money. Go to your family physician: he or she will know better. Not these morons.

This location is good if you have something easy or simple to take care of or it’s not serious enough for an ER and you have no other choice of where to go. They do their own lab work and xrays. They have a pharmacy. One doctor in particular, Fallon, is very surly and rude with not much of a bedside manner at all. He, and their other docs, also prediagnoses what’s wrong with you prior to even walking into the exam room based on your symptoms that you reported to the assistant when you walked in the door. The wait can be ridiculous at times too.
