The place is nice. Atmosphere is great. The waiter messed up my order, so they gave me ten dollars off my next visit. They food is also good.

Good service. Good food. Small menu. Best chicken tenders. Lots of TV’s which is good for sports watching. It’s located at the White Marsh mall so parking is not always close.

I had possibly the worst meal from a restaurant tonight. The fish was dry, the fries soggy and the slaw had something in it that could not be chewed. The fish was so salty it felt like my body was in protest. I couldn’t eat it, it was so bad. I guess it’s a good thing they forgot the remolaude sauce or I might have eaten more of the salt lick.

I visit this Greene Turtle for trivia nights. It’s always a fun game. The service, food, and location of this Greene Turtle are slightly above average. The food is good.(Pretzel sticks are delicious; A chocolate milkshake here is awful.) The meals and appetizers that my friends get are good. Nothing to really scream to the rooftops for. But as a vegetarian, I love how any of the burgers can be substituted with a veggie patty! The service is hit or miss. Tara, one of the servers is phenomenal. She has learned our names and is very attentive. The other servers need to be more agressively flagged over so that we can order, get our checks, etc. Space can be cramped in the bar with many teams playing. The dining room and patio are very open and have a nice setup. Parking is ample with the Turtle being a part of White Marsh mall.

Consistent pub like food(and sometimes I crave a burger from here). Nothing spectacular, but it’s good place to go if you just want to hang out and have the munchies.

Went there for happy hour then again the next day for lunch. The service both times was good but not spectacular. Prices are decent, they have hh and lunch specials. We’ll still return because the crab flatbread is very tasty and so is the loaded tater tots, which are only on the happy hour menu but you can order them when it’s not hh, though instead of $ 3 they’re $ 7.49! The mimosa he’ll in the Shell was quite tasty there’s a minimum of 4 people to order the hell in the Shell drink but two of us had no issues sucking down this tasty goodness! The peach crush was loaded with pieces of peach but the orange dream crush had a much better taste! Definitely check it out!

Went looking for food, and beer late night, after a long day of working. Got turned away by a competitor, and discovered a Greene Turtle around the corner. Awesome food, cold beer, and friendly service awaited us. I will definitely be visiting again.

Superb food at the same price you pay elsewhere. Never had avocado on a burger but the combination was unique and different. Staff was friendly and replenished my drink many times. I wish other resturants were as good as this.

All of my visits during happy hour are always great. The crowd isn’t in yet, so you can enjoy your food in piece. The crab pizza is delicious and my go-to dish. I recently was surprised about their chili. It was very flavorful. I do not like lumps of meat in my chili and that’s what made this dish stand out. The meat is ground very fine. It’s like an applesauce consistency. They put the sour cream and bit of cheese & jalapeños right on top. I’m so greedy, I ordered another one to go. My friend enjoyed her Thai chili boneless chicken. I thought she would bite her own fingers off in the process of eating. She said they were that good. It’s a lovely location, since it is attached to White Marsh Mall.

This was my first time eating at this(White Marsh) particular establishment and I must say it was better than the Aberdeen one. The music was not too loud but just right. The waitress was friendly and came to check on is the right amout of times.

Stopped here after a miserable attempt to go to the nearby mall/casino. Glad to find a place that was quiet/safe… It was later, so we just pretty much drank. If I recall, the service WAS slow – had to go to the bar from our table to get anything as they did not come by enough to check. Good chance we will be back in about a month to try it again. Will update if we do.

Short Summary: if you can get past your anger/disappointment in the first 5 mins with the inattentiveness of the staff, then the food and the experience are okay. Service 2 stars, Food/Drinks/Price: 3.5 stars Long Version Been here 3x, each time starts out pretty much the same way. You either see an empty hostess stand or see a group of hostesses/servers congregating around the hostess stand talking instead of greeting customers in a timely manner. Chose to sit at the bar each time. While the bar was not terribly busy, the bartenders are busy doing their thing(making orange crushes or not seen behind the bar) and not paying too much attention if new customers are getting seated at the bar. Takes at least 5 mins to get greeted. On my last visit I had to get up and walk to the corner to get my drinks ordered with the bartender since happy hour was nearing the end. Ordered 2 beers last time, and only got 1 napkin underneath one of the beers… had to get the napkins myself to use as coasters. The burgers are okay. Like the fact that they use whole wheat-looking buns. The bathroom has always been clean. The mixed greens that came with my turkey burger was fresh. Chips that are served with the burgers are solid. Crab soup was meh. Lots of decently sized TVs in the bar/dining area showing all sorts of sports programming. Ok values for the food/drinks and the price that they charge. $ 5 Heavy Seas Loose Cannon pint and $ 4 Heavy Seas Shell Raiser pint during happy hour. Both great brews Service during the meal was acceptable. The bartender Tara and the dude bartender without tattoo were attentive. They checked me quite often. However, I had to wait 15 mins to get my bill settled. Overall, food/drinks were acceptable, service started off badly, middle part of the meal service was strong, and the«end game» for service needs to be improved as well.

Since my wife is a food photographer and has done some the photography for their menus. I thought it was time to try them. The black and blue burger was very good. Along with the fries. They have come a long way from the bar down in Fells Point. I will definitely stop by here again.

I’ve been to this location twice, based on my g/f’s request. Both times we came in was during lunch on a weekday. There weren’t many customers to wait on, but we waited for a while before our server appeared. Finally, the server showed up after we were there for about 10 mins or so. We ordered the lunch special price of a cup of soup and half a sandwich for $ 7 – 8 per/person. Likewise, the food took forever to come out. We both ordered the MD crab soup, it was nothing but a bowel of grease. It was gross. This had happened both times we visited at this location. I wasn’t aware MD crab soup is suppose to be a bowel of grease. Anyhow, it also took forever for our check to come. Both times going there, just miserable experiences. I have absolutely no interest of giving this place another try.

We had a large party so we had to sit in the«outside» area. It was kind of cold so they prepared it. The placed is inclosed in temporary walls and has many heat lamps that actually made us kind of hot despite the frigid temperature. Food was excellent. I ordered the Chesapeake burger and you would think K beef pork and seafood don’t go together but THEYDO!

We got an email from Greene Turtle apologizing for our bad experience and asking us to give them another try since they have been open longer now. So, last week we went by for the Kids Eat Free Tuesday. Well, we experienced all the same issue with our waitress. Food took forever to come out and she never came back to check on us. When someone else brought us our food, we advised them that we needed refills. They said they would get our waitress for us. Well, she never came, and neithe did the refills. It then took at least 20 minutes after we finished our food to get our check, and when we looked, they had charged us for our daughter’s meal. I tried waiting for her to come back so I could point this out, and I could pay with my check card. But after 15 minutes, she still hadnt and I was tired of waiting, so I gave up and just paid for my daughters meal, and left cash for the payment. This is two times we have been done wrong by this location. Maybe their staff needs to go to the Hunt Valley location for training, since the service at that location is 100% on point.

I loveeee this location. I went to the one down Fells Point over the summer and it felt like a shack compared to this one. Greg looked out for me each and every time. No disappointment. I came in confused about what drink I wanted and I saw a Baltimore Washington Apple so I asked him about it. He substituted the Red Stag for Crown Royal which not only made it cheaper but made it taste better. Supposedly Red Stag tastes like cough medicine(: I also wanted a spiked strawberry lemonade since it looked SO good. He offered Dragon Berry Bacardi as my alcohol of choice. Hell yeah! Stop reading my mind Greg! My friend had an orange crush which was good but you couldn’t taste the alcohol. Prior to that she ordered a Malibu something. On to the food! I had a cheesesteak with cheddar cheese and kettle chips. My friend had some wings and crab dip. Ohh the crab dip was creamy and cheesy and crabby but my MILD intolerance wouldn’t allow me to have more than two tiny scoops. The pretzel bits were soft and warm. I didn’t have any wings but my freaking cheesesteak was one of the best I’ve ever had. I usually only rave about hood cheesesteaks(rank establishments usually have some of the best cheesesteaks). Nothing could’ve made it any better. When Greg said that they are known for their cheesesteaks I thought he was lying so I had to take him up on that. I see why. Man, man, MAN! That’s it! I’m coming back!
