My first encounter was to buy a smartphone for my husband– we both have flip phones. He wanted a Moto X but I was told by J. that he could try to order one — didn’t sound like he could actually find one so ended up w/Galaxy S6. I think this would have been a great phone for someone used to smartphones– not one for a novice. I felt that he didn’t listen to my concerns and what I was looking for — kept trying to upsell on insurance and accessories. I returned the phone 3 days later. If I got similar service on the returned, I would have cancelled everything and gone somewhere else. S. helped me, took back the phone w/o any problem. He ordered the Moto X for me and went over the phone plans. I was impressed with his service that I bought a smartphone for myself — I wasn’t intending to switch at all. I believe in shopping local and could have got the phones on line for less. No upsell either! I’m willing to give a business a 2nd chance, but not a 3rd. Ideally, everything should go right the first time, with any business. But if they can’t or won’t resolve the problem promptly, then they don’t deserve my business.

Horrible, horrible customer service! Just awful. I wish there was a negative star option because they’d get a negative 5 stars. We went in on a Sunday evening, there were 3 customers in the store, 2 sales people and us. Both sales people were waiting on customers and totally ignored everybody else. Not even a glance up or any type of acknowledgement whatsoever. The customer before only wanted to make one purchase of a phone cover but left because they were taking so long. They didn’t ask him or us what we were coming in for if they had they could’ve told us they couldn’t help us and sent us on our way. It would’ve taken 2 seconds but instead we wait 40 minutes to get helped. Both sales guys were douche bags, they talked about how«retards» would call up and ask dumb questions and one guy was talking about how one customer’s kids were having a meltdown. For real? Guess what you flipping jerk… if you lames knew how to take care of business and do your job in an efficient manner her kids wouldn’t have had meltdowns. FYI loser, I was having my own internal meltdown… hence this Unilocal review. I love AT&T but they need to do a better job at selecting their«authorized retailers» because these jackholes are giving them a bad name. Go anywhere but here.;(
