Once again, Unilocal to the rescue! We wanted to quickly re-​key our doors at the house following a smash & grab incident a few days ago, as our house keys were one of the items that got taken during the theft.
I called Chris and he was able to come out within 24 hours. Very friendly, both on the phone and in person. But he really knows his locksmithing — we ended up having him replace /​re-​key three different locks in our house so that they all take the same key now. He even got our front door lock to work better than it’s worked the past 6 years we’ve been here.

Chris answered himself when I called, arrived at the appointed time, rekeyed five locks for us, made five new keys, all for what I thought was a VERY reasonable price. And, his solar van is cool too!

I actually contacted another locksmith in my new neighborhood from their website (one of those, «give us your name and number and tell us what you need and we’ll call you back). On the informational form, I told them I just moved and needed four locks re-​keyed. I also told them (that was last Tuesday), that I was closing on the home last Friday and I’d like them to schedule something for Saturday or sometime this week. Well, they never responded. Frustrated, this morning I called Chris and not only did he answer the phone, he was able to come over this afternoon between other appointments to take care of my locks. He was fast, efficient, pleasant and professional. The pricing was very reasonable. I immediately placed his name and number in my contact list for future reference. Also, the keys he made for me were «meaty»…i.e. you can feel them on your key ring; they’re not lighter than air. He also adjusted the keyless door wall lock in the kitchen (just because he was nice) and he gave me a tip about lock scammers. Chris will be my go-​to locksmith going forward and I will gladly refer him to my family and friends.

Long story but I slammed my front door hard and the lower lock/​handle piece completely fell off. It was 6pm on a Friday night and I had plans that evening. I called Chris and explained my situation. He arrived in 30 minutes as promised and was able salvage the lock and reassemble it.
He was on time, polite and didn’t try to sell me anything as he was able to fix my current lock.
I would highly recommend Chris.

On a rainy Sunday evening, Chris was the only locksmith who would come to my rescue. He estimated it would take him 45 minutes to get to my location – he arrived right on time, and got me into my house quickly. A total professional and very friendly. Thanks Chris!

Chris is the best! He doesn’t try to sell you any service you don’t need and is super nice. I called him and described the problem and he said spray some WD 40 and call me back if it doesn’t work. Of course it worked like a charm (i feel like an idiot) but I am so happy to have such a quick, cheap and easy solution to my lock problem that has been going on for almost 2 years! I will use Chris for all my future locksmith needs and you should too!

Chris was hands down a blessing. After beening locked out of my house for an hour I searched up a lock smith and he was the closet in town.
