Oasis Pool & Spa Nov

I have known these two brothers for quite awhile so I had them build our pool.
I never received a contract (dumb me for not demanding one) so I shouldn’t have been surprised when they started with the «that’s not included in the price» when the electrician came and when it was time for concrete decking.
They started in May and finished 14 months later. I’m the nice guy who kept getting pushed ahead and ignored.
Pool is done, looks great, all is well. A year or so later we get new neighbors who spend time in their yard and discover a huge mud hole. Turns out our pool has been leaking since day one. Long story short, dozens of calls, messages, emails, visits to his job sites begging him to fix the leak he finally sends his brother out.
They determine the source of the leak and say it’s too expensive for them to fix and good bye.
So Greg and Paul Albert, get this: you are now going to hear from my attorney!
