Ted was absolutely professional. Most lenders said we could not qualify for a loan or we had to wait a couple of months. Ted went out of his way to ensure that we would qualify for a loan. Ted was able to close escrow in less than 30 days. He always responded to my emails or calls. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a caring professional lender.

Best experience with a lender I have had thus far. Ted knows the VA loan process inside and out. He expertly navigated thru the inevitable loan/​escrow challenges and kept things moving during a very compressed timeline. Best thing about Ted is that he doesn’t sugar coat things, leaves emotion out… tells all parties involved what they need to hear/​do in order to get the transaction done. Ted is a rock star! Coming into our deal with challenged credit, Ted was able to get us into an FHA loan with reasonable terms. Throughout the whole process, he held our hands and was professional. Ted Erickson of Clear Lending especially is the star!!! He worked very hard to earn my highest respect. He went out of his way to convince me to refinance after I lost interest following many failed attempts, and after a number of back and forth, I was sold and that was the best decision I made in 2013.
The process was very smooth, no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Ted, and look forward to doing business with him again.

Ted Erickson is a mortgage superstar! Ted worked very hard to get us our FHA home loan and even after our realtor recommended a 45 day escrow because FHA loans sometime take longer than 30 days (in her experience) — we closed in 25 days!!! I am convinced it is because Ted made sure we had every bit of documentation covered and every «t» was crossed and «i» was dotted. He is professional, honest and all around great to work with. We will recommend him and Clear Lending to all our friends and associates and he will have us as a customer for life.
