My finance and I, decided to have my ring sized at Charlie’s, after reading these good reviews. Charlie’s jewelry, is close and convenient so we decided to give them a try. It was suppose to take a week to resize the ring a half size smaller, finally after over two weeks the ring was ready. We called several times to ask if the ring was done after a week but were told it wasn’t, so after two weeks with no call we decided to stop in, the receptionist told us once again, many repairs were ahead of us but luckily, another worker asked the name and said the ring was ready. Unfortunately, the ring was still too big but we found a reputable jeweler to bring the ring to, they saw the errors and they say they are able to repair it! The whole ring and diamond had a yellow tint to it after. Thankfully, the yellow on the diamond has washed or warn off but you can still clearly see, where the Polish or whatever put on the ring starts, there’s a small space in the band before the Diamonds start, where you can see it was white gold and the line where the yellow stuff clearly starts on the band. Awful service and work, thankfully my ring can be saved but at more expense to us. I wish I would have went with my gut and NOT left my beautiful ring that day!
