Rose Court 2nd floor rehab nurses aide tosses bedpan into toilet but leaves mess on seat and floor. How can that be tolerated? Also their response time to patient help signals is way slow. Attitude towards one’s job is so important so if you cannot hack it, it is tme to leave, especially if others lives are on the line.
Physical therapy time, once a day, but not weekends, is not enough to restore folks back to health in a timely manner. They need to get folks out of bed and exercising a few times a day to prevent bedsores. The nurse just gives them an ointment to self apply! Cleanliness of rooms is not up to par, probably due to poor aides being hired.
Otherwise, food & activities are good.
