K & T Nails Spa

I was a loyal client for several years and now I am done! It started off great and I loved it there, but recently their level of customer service has diminished. I would call to schedule with a certain person and on several occasions, when I arrived, I would be put with another tech because the person I scheduled with was overbooked or behind. I understand things happen, but it became the norm. I would get put with a inexperienced person who would not do a good job. I would return (after a few days) to get it fixed and get charged FULL PRICE! Seriously?! I am done with that place!

Our experience started out great… Got into our massage chairs for pedi’s took a a while to get to all 3 of us. (Understandable) when it was my turn the specialist ignored me and took another customer after I had been waiting with soaked feet for an hour. I even called a head to make sure they had room for all 3 of us to get mani’s and pedi’s. After an hour waiting in the chair the specialist finally worked on my feet did a great job too. We were ready for nails now but were told no they were booked up. The employee at the the front said I never stated we wanted both done when I did had to go to another salon to get our nails done. Safe to say we won’t be returning.

This is probably my favorite drop in nail spot in novi. My shellac polish always stays on at least 2 weeks, and they do a great job and making you feel very welcome. They are always trying to make you laugh and make you feel like a regular even if its your first time there or if you are there on a weekly basis. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a great drop in spot, or a regular mani/​pedi.

Love this place. They are very good and are very careful, take their time. I love the ambience. Everyone is so nice. The only complaint I have is even if you make an appt., you are stil waiting a long time.

I stopped in this nail place to get a manicure and polish change on my toes while my son was at hockey practice on Wednesday evening. I called first and they said I could come right in. There was only one other customer in the salon at that time and two manicurist. My whole time there was over 1 ½ hours for just a plain manicure and polish change on my toes. The girls were as nice as can be when I was there, however, as a few more people walked in, she kept jumping from me to the other customers. I was very annoyed! Not only for sanitary reasons with no hand washing in between, but she never apologized for making me wait.
On Thursday night, ALL but 2 of my finger nails were chipped and peeling! I called today (Friday) to tell them I wasn’t happy and ask if I can come back in for a complimentary polish change. She said, «no, I told you it’s just a regular manicure and I can’t guarantee the quality of the polish.» (Because she was trying to convince me to get a shellac manicure instead when I was there and ended up using an off-​brand polish –not Essie or Opi. They didn’t have any of the colors I normally use)
Do not go here! They don’t believe in customer satisfaction and use poor quality polish! Mani’s don’t last more than a day! My normal place, they last for almost a full week!!!

I felt like I was home there. it’s very relaxing, clean & their very pleasant. Anna was awesome today & Thao is a sweetheart and funny… this is my new home for getting my nails & feet done.

Clean, friendly and talented. The place is rather large and they play relaxing music which i love. Walkins are ok but i suggest calling ahead just in case. Lots of nail color choices and their pedis are wonderful. I even got my fiancé to get a pedicure here before… he enjoyed it

This is a local shop that’s very reasonably priced, and the people here are great. Nothing special about the equipment or environment, but it’s clean, and I can usually get a walk in appointment. I’ve brought my daughter with me a few times, and the owners have always been so sweet to her — even painting little flowers on her nails, etc., If you’re expecting champagne, turkish cotton towels, and to pay $ 60 for a pedicure, go somewhere else. If you want to pay half that for a very decent spa pedicure, this is your place.

Very disappointed; walked out after waiting 20 minutes!
