Ken Pozek

Ken Pozek helped us purchase our first home. I personally like renting however, my wife wanted to buy a house. I had no clue what to expect or how to proceed in the buying process and Ken walked us through the entire process which went smooth and was much easier than I imagined from hearing stories from friends who have bought. Ken showed us three houses and we bought the third that he showed us. He was on time to every meeting and communicated very well. We are very happy and would recommend him any day.

Back in November I saw a listing of Kens and put in a full asking price offer on the property the very 1^st day it was listed through the agent I was working with. Two days passed and I never heard about my offer. On the 5^th day I noticed that the property was no longer showing on the MLS pages so I contacted my agent and asked her to see what she could find out. She finally got through to Mr. Pozek and after a short conversation in which he asked some questions about me and my background, my agent was informed that his client had accepted another offer (supposedly one waiving inspection and guaranteeing ready cash should the sale price and bank appraisal be different). Well, I found out yesterday that the property sold for $ 5000.00 less than the original asking price, so it makes me wonder what sort of game Mr. Pozek played here.
I sure wouldn’t deal with him. He asks questions he legally shouldn’t be asking and it doesn’t look like he got his client the best price. Seems like an agent of questionable ethics and professionalism.

I can’t say enough great things about Ken Pozek. I sent Ken a referral for a client who needed to buy in Northville. They were in a time crunch and really needed to find a place. Ken was able to negotiate an offer, where the seller paid all their closing cost. My client was able to move in and start their new job on time. I look forward to working with Ken again in the future.
